It was late 2017 when I started the discussion with JEI as the potential franchisee and until now April 2018, I haven’t received the valid contract.
While dealing with the representing personnel for 7 months, I felt there is no transparency in the process.
Since JEI is relatively new to the game, the head office is not really effective in dealing with franchisees or potential franchisee compared to other education service franchisers.
I would rate them as F- and not recommend you to even try doing business with them in the first place, as their communication is sluggish and not always truthful.
