Christy Ogle / Sometimes Spouse FACT CHECK Initiative: Did Christy Ogle & Max Ogle Lie Under Oath About Their Tool Business Assets?
It appears so.
In their original petition, filed 1/28/20, Christy Ogle and Max Ogle did not disclose their online and brick-and-mortar tool business.
After questions were raised on UnhappyFranchisee.Com, the Ogles filed an amended petition that mentioned their Tools to the Max / Nat’s Tool Shed business. However, neither the original nor the amended petition included ANY tools or other inventory or office equipment as assets for their mostly-cash tool business.
In a 4/17/20 hearing by conference call, trustee James Studensky asked Christy Ogle if their Tools to the Max/Nat’s Tool Shed business had any inventory when the 1/28/20 bankruptcy petition was filed.
Christy Ogle stated: “We did not have inventory the date of filing.”
These images were still posted as of 4/18/20 on the Nat’s Tool Shed Facebook Page
