We extend sincerest condolences to the many franchise owners who found the reality of the DonutNV franchise opportunity to be different than was portrayed by the franchise consultants (commissioned brokers), Franchise Fastlane, DonutNV franchising Inc. and head cheerleaders Alex Gingold & Amanda Gingold.

Franchise consultants/brokers: What went wrong? Were there warning signs? How can tragedies like this be prevented in the future?

DonutNV franchise owners invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and signed 10-year agreements for a mobile mini-donut investment that is promoted as a semi-absentee, passive investment option with an 84% profit margin and other financial representations that seem, well, too-good-to-be-true.
