Our initial focus is on determining which of the original franchise owners who signed franchise agreements in 2022-2023 and early 2024 are still actively operating their DonutNV businesses.
The franchisees included in the list below were disclosed by the company in the 2024 DonutNV Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), Exhibit F, issued April 29, 2024, as amended November 16, 2024. We also included a number that weren’t disclosed, but likely should have been.
Our preliminary estimate is that of the early franchisees identified, approximately 32% may still be operating their DonutNV franchises while approximately 68% have exited the franchise system. The public’s tips and information can help us revise that estimate for greater certainty.
