Our initial focus is on determining which of the original franchise owners who signed franchise agreements in 2022-2023 and early 2024 are still actively operating their DonutNV businesses.
The franchisees included in the list below were disclosed by the company in the 2024 DonutNV Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), Exhibit F, issued April 29, 2024, as amended November 16, 2024. We also included a number that weren’t disclosed, but likely should have been.

Are you familiar with the DonutNV franchise opportunity, founders Alex and Amanda Gingold, its current or former sales agents (Franchise Fastlane), its advisors (Scott Marr, Franchise Altitude) or the franchise brokers who promoted it?

I strongly recommend doing your research before working with Franchise Creator. This group is somehow tied to Franchise Fastlane, it looks like common ownership.
I signed up with them several months ago and paid approximately $50,000 to franchise my existing business. From the beginning, their sales pitch was extremely convincing. They told me my company had excellent numbers, that businesses in my industry with weaker financial performance were successfully franchising, and that I was missing a major opportunity by not turning my business into a franchise.
One of the biggest reasons I decided to move forward was that they told me they would not only create the franchise system, but would also help me sell the franchises afterward, charging approximately $15,000 for each franchise they helped sell.
I was originally told the franchise development process would take approximately three months. Instead, it took roughly six to seven months, and getting it completed required constant follow-up on my part. I repeatedly had to send emails asking for updates, escalate complaints, and eventually even involve my attorney just to get movement on things I had already paid for.
Once the franchise was finally completed, I expected them to deliver on the other major part of what I was sold: helping me sell it.
That experience has been even more disappointing.
I provided leads and repeatedly had to follow up asking whether prospects had been contacted. The level of communication, follow-up, and service has been nowhere near what I understood I was purchasing. I should not have to chase a company to contact potential franchise buyers when helping with franchise sales was a major reason I agreed to move forward with them in the first place.
After approximately seven months, this experience has resulted in delays, frustration, additional legal expenses, and an enormous amount of wasted time.
I am now pursuing a formal claim regarding services and obligations that I believe were promised and/or included in our agreement but were not properly delivered, and I am considering further legal action.
Based strictly on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Franchise Creator. If you are considering franchising your business, I strongly suggest comparing several companies, having an attorney carefully review exactly what is being promised in writing, and understanding precisely what support you will receive after your franchise documents are completed.
I wish I had done that before spending $50,000 and seven months dealing with this process.
