Read, share, comment: The DonutNV Franchise Report
(UnhappyFranchisee.Com) In a profound example of life imitating art, just one day after I posted the DonutNDA parody franchise video (DonutNDA: The Franchise With ZERO Complaints) about an overlawyered, insensitive franchisor, Jaraneyah “Travis” Tarpeh, of Gross Law Group P.A. of Panama City, FL, began filing lawsuits against twelve DonutNV franchisees, including three military Veterans, military family members, and the distraught mother of a child battling a life-threatening illness.
Gross Law’s Tarpeh filed the lawsuits in Florida Middle District Court on May 22nd and May 23rd, 2026.
Gross Law Group was founded and is headed by second District of Florida Congressional candidate Keith Gross (aka Keithly Gross).
Keith Gross is running as a conservative “America First” Republican for the seat left vacant by the retiring Neal Dunne.
Keith Gross’ military service and his stated concern for both his fellow Veterans and ordinary, hardworking people are the cornerstones of his campaign.
The lawsuits were filed within two days by Gross Law Group attorney Jaryeneh Travis Tarpeh.
At least three of the defendants are military Veterans, a fourth is from a distinguished family of Veterans, and another is the distraught mother of a child battling a chronic, life-threatening illness.
According to PACER, the lawsuits filed in Florida Middle District Court are as follows:
Gross Law and DonutNV Franchising Inc. launched slew of franchisee terminations and lawsuit filings after a coalition of 20+ franchisees sought to air and resolve their issues through voluntary mediation.
Hours before the mutually scheduled mediation, Gross Law Travis Tarpeh reportedly informed the coalition counsel that neither of the founders, Amanda Gingold and Alexander Gingold, were available.
It’s rumored that they were in, or on their way, to the Bahamas.
