JDog Junk Removal Franchise Warning
A franchise warning has been issued by watchdog site UnhappyFranchisee.Com for two franchises specifically targeting U.S. military veterans & military families:
Special care & scrutiny is also recommended for dealings with this group’s 501(c)3 non-profit, The JDog Foundation, which claims to be dedicated to preventing Veteran suicide and reducing Veteran depression.
While our investigation of the JDog Junk Removal franchise and JDog Carpet Cleaning franchise is ongoing (See Index of our coverage below) , this franchise warning was issued due to a high number of confidential franchisee complaints and the company’s self-reported franchise performance disclosures:
Jerry Flanagan claims JDog’s mission is to benefit military veterans. We have extended an open invitation on every post and in several direct emails to the parties discussed to provide corrections, clarifications and/or rebuttals regarding our reporting of the company’s disclosures.
We have not received any responses from the company nor its representatives. In fact, JDog principals have blocked the author on social media.

* The most recent JDog Carpet FDD issued June, 2023 reports fewer closures in 2022. We are investigating reports that JDog Franchising may be misrepresenting the number of JDog Carpet franchise failures.We will continue to seek the opinions and experiences of all involved (confidentially or anonymously, if preferred) in order to provide military veterans considering this (or other) franchise opportunities the information they need to make informed decisions on behalf of themselves and their families.

Thank you for all you do in exposing the JDog Franchise /Brands for who they are.
This is a shameful of JDog Brands that claims to want to help Veterans become business owners and to drive Veteran unemployment down.
So they sell them what is clearly a failed system, wait for them to run out of money and close and then resell their territories to another unsuspecting, trusting Veteran that buys into their whole ethos of brotherhood BS?
So then these Veterans are unemployed, broke and have to let go other Veterans they employ? How is that helping to empower Veterans and drive Veteran unemployment down?
The CEO and investors should be ashamed of this blatant exploitation of our Veterans and their inability to help these failed businesses or make changes to prevent further damage.
Now to be suing the very same Veterans who are just trying to survive is the most disgraceful thing I can imagine.
This Franchise deserves to be sued out of business and feel the same financial pain they have inflicted on our Veterans.
At the very least shutdown so they can’t harm any others still operating or about to be suckered by these shameless charlatans.
