Larry is a Senior Executive Consultant to Julip Run and serves on the JDog Joint Chiefs Board of Advisers. He brings extensive experience to the firm including a range of operational and consultative skills, which he leverages for coaching portfolio management teams and other senior executives.
His professional career spans nearly 50 years and was preceded by distinguished service in the U.S. Military.
He was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in June of 1963 and received his wings as a Helicopter Pilot in September of 1966.
Larry served as a combat helicopter pilot from 1966 until 1968. He flew a total of 650 combat missions.
He received numerous awards including 25 Air Medals, one for Valor, the Bronze Star, 3 Purple Hearts, the Valorous Unit Commendation for Extraordinary Heroism, the Meritorious Unit Commendation and the Distinguished Flying Cross for Valor.
He was also twice awarded the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry.
Most recently, he was recommended for the Medal of Honor for a mission flown on May 14th 1967.
He completed his military service in April of 1970 as a Captain.
His business career includes founding and operating large scale businesses including Flightways Corporation and LVI Environmental and serving as a senior consultant offering executive coaching to highly placed executives in Fortune 1000 companies.
Over the course of his coaching career, Larry has worked with over 16,000 individuals in numerous industries including retail, pharmaceuticals, financial, spirits, hospitality, communications, industrial and aircraft manufacturing, where he has employed “Breakthrough Thinking” techniques to foster and teach effective leadership techniques to drive extraordinary results.
Larry is a member of the Distinguished Flying Cross Society Board of Directors and is a graduate of Pennsylvania Military College (now Widener University).
