“STAY AWAY FROM MATCO TOOLS. THEY WILL SELL YOU A BILL OF GOODS,WHICH IS NO GOOD.
“RUMOR HAS IT ,MATCO MAKES MORE MONEY SIGNING NEW FRANCHISES THAN THEY DO TAKING CARE OF THEIR CURRENT ONES.
“DARYL PRITCHETT AND MIKE RAMEY WORK TOGETHER TO SIGN YOU UP AND THEN KICK YOU TO THE CURB. I AM WORKING ON A LAWSUIT AGAINST MATCO, HOPING TO TURN IT INTO A CLASS ACTION SUIT. YOU MAY CONTACT JERRY MARKS AT MARKS AND KLEIN LAW FIRM AT [redacted], IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
“I INVESTED ALOT OF MONEY IN MATCO AND AFTER 3.5 YEARS THEY SHUT ME DOWN. WHEN THE ECONOMY SLOWED IN 2008,THEY PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS.
“I ALSO SPOKE TO A PREVIOUS EXECUTIVE, WHO CALLED ME, AND STATED THATS THE WAY MATCO DOES BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM MATCO TOOLS AND RUN LIKE HELL WHEN YOU SEE THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR INVEST IN MATCO TOOLS…”
Marks & Klein is a legitimate franchise law firm that often represents franchisees in lawsuits against their franchisors, but we haven’t verified with them whether a lawsuit against Matco Tools is in the works or not.

Guest – thought your point was excellent, hope you don’t mind me repeating…….
Reading back through the comments, it occurs to me that there are three types here: The Haves, The Have-nots and the Have-beens.
The Haves are the successful established dbrs like, say, Kevin, Cary, Junior, etc. They seem like smart guys who understand the business. They’ve got good, stable routes and they’ve got some sway in the organization, meaning they are not going to be F-d with too too much. They like things the way they are, for the most part. And they choose to believe that everyone has the same opportunity they have and if they’d stop whining and work their route they’ll succeed too.
There are the Have-nots, like Debbie, who are still in the game, trying to do their best and struggling. Some of the frustrations they voice may seem petty, but they are fighting for survival in a system that flushes away up to 49% of its dbrs every year. Unfortunately, the Haves won’t acknowledge that there are legit problems because they are in the 51% and things are peachy. So they won’t help push for change or lend assistance or even listen. They just attack, drown out or try to discredit those being flushed.
Then there are the Have-beens, the already-flushed dbrs, like Todd Peterson, Former Distr., Bob Tremblay, etc. Some struggled from the start but many were successful at one time. They tell remarkably similar stories and offer examples of and insight into the flushing process. The latest account was from Bob Tremblay:
Bob Tremblay on December 16th, 2011 7:40 pm
Bob Tremblay on December 16th, 2011 9:36 pm
The Haves are quick to attack Bobby for having failed or Debbie for her inexperience, but they won’t acknowledge or address the terrible stories of the Have-beens or the problems they portray. (Like Kevin addressing big important issues like dogs, smoking & chewing on trucks, but ignoring serious issues like those of Bob Tremblay).
If the Haves aren’t willing to overcome their denial or indifference to the obvious problems that are devastating many dbrs each year, the least they could do would be to stop kicking the people who are down.
Debbie,
I think it’s great that your customers are so supportive of you then you should have no problem going independant and staying in the tool business. Question if you are successfull in your legal venture will you stay in the tool business you should if your customers love you so much. I doubt you will
OH and I did want to repeat one other thing………..
Thank you to my customers
Without our customers, there really is no point in having a tool truck business
The customers SUPPORT our business
It speaks VOLUMES when a customer is willing to support their distributor, and
support their distributor with a written letter to Matco’s corporate office
It speaks volumes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I publicly want to THANK MY CUSTOMERS!!!
My customers have seen the direction Matco is forcing my business. My customer understand that Matco is making it impossible for me to stay in business.
MY CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLETELY SUPPORTIVE – so much so, they have taken to writing to Ernie Lauber directly to express THEIR dissatisfaction. Also, they are writing to support me! They have even written that they will NO LONGER BUY MATCO TOOLS if I am not their distributor.
WOW Thank you!
so tlman when were you in and where did you serve, just curious
debbie – tlman sounds like a haves does he not so therefore all his comments should be ignored
Richard,
85-93 Yes I am a ” have ” but every inch of it was earned non was given. I can’t remember how many times my last stop made my week. I plant seeds every day and while I do take 6-8 weeks off a year I’m always on duty and my customers know it. It is never a problem to drop ship to my customers or overnight an item they really need don’t need to be in the country to do that. The problem is you weak minded people did ignore advice from people like me and that is why you feel the need to sue instead of makeing a bank deposit and enjoying the day.
I have one question for those that are out or on the way out and blame matco.
Was there a distributor of any brand, snap on mac or independent that did well in the area? We all run the same basic business. If these route truly don’t produce than they all would fail.
tlman you are a fortunate one. the rest of us are not as fortunate.
I think people ought to hand it to Debbie and her crew who have the guts, the fortitude and the American spirit to stand up for what they believe in, to speak out against injustice when they see it, and to keep persevering even though they are criticized, insulted and bullied. I see Debbie and her band much like the Marines on Mt. Surabaci, hoisting the flag of freedom, democracy and fairness to all.
As a proud Marine, I’m sure that TLMAN may not agree with your opinion, but he not only respects your right to speak out, he’d lay down his life to protect your right to voice it. That’s what makes America great, is it not? Thanks for your service, and thanks for upholding those mighty principles.
HEY deb herd snapon now sells rebacks wow 30 bucks cheaper, great to see new poeple tom and bob welcome to matco bs hope your not plants
Richard,
Blessed with a great family yes I am truly blessed this work stuff is just what I do on the side. While many are scared to enter the forest ( the trees are tall I look so small what will I do a wolf a bear could eat us all ) I am not a poet I am a tool man so I pull out a CHAINSAW AND CUT A FREAKING PATH to my fishing hole it is just my way and for me it works.
tlman witth no oooooooooooooooooooooos what was that chain saws trees woods not boyscout camp, its pissed at matco camp step up
Guest,
Have to correct you I was never trained to give my life for anything and I will not lie down for you or anyone else that would be unamerican an unlike any Marine I could respect. I was trained to make the other guy die for his country or cause as I am not allowed to die or quit with out permission. These people may have there points and they sure have problems but please do not dishonor the memory of our country hero’s that gave the ultimate sacrafice. Winners don’t quit and quiters don’t win and that is a fact
Mike,
leave the neighbors goat alone and put the pipe down.
tlman well put i have respect for what you are but matco ate up alot of my money and my family life for me things suck i had money at one time o well pyramid that the game
Tex Dman, your words are kinds and as always you’re a gentlemen. Please tell the wife and girls I said hello and miss everyone. You didn’t have to say anything nice about me, but thank you.
I emailed you using the last known addy hope it got to you.
What we have here are folks that have had different experiences in the tool business. My problem came in when it was pointed out to me one individual was posting on CL in specific cities throughout the US and it just burned me up. Had a great of sparring at the dojo today, got a lot of agression out.
I don’t doubt that each of those that failed for whatever reason truly believes Matco failed them. They’re an easy target. Bad DM, RM, whichever. My real issue came in when a DBR I personally put into the business told me that the Snap On guy was printing these negative statements and was handing them out on his route harming this DBRs business. I had to speak up.
I don’t believe this was their intent but it was in fact the biproduct of their efforts. Then when I learned it was a guy that I knew how he acted in training, on the route, in meetings (yes you Tommy) it didn’t sit well with me. How can a guy act the way he did on the route, change the Matco designed plan, fail and then go disrupt other DBR’s business’.
I can’t speak for the others, I would have to see their monitor reports and I could say. But Tommy failed purely because of Tommy and his “I can do this better without Matco” ideas. Don’t hurt current DBR’s by posting non factual statements of scams and pyramids. No proof.
Anyway, check your email, lemme know if it hit ya. BTW, made state both forms and sparring. Keep kick’in brother.
tlman your comment was bad i respect people and never try to talk bad i will find you and stick i pipe in your azzzz you dont know me and dont know what your are fiiiiiin with you crossed the line you pissed me off its easy bitch dont push me i dont care
tlman if you ever ever ever make a comment like that again to me you are messing with what you cant handle you want some come get it puss
The Haves are an amusing bunch.
They can barge into a forum intended to allow the sharing of complaints.
They can bully, criticize and insult those who voice those complaints.
They can parade their financial well-being in front of people who are financially struggling.
They can shamelessly brag about their boats and ski trips and rub it in the noses of people who are struggling to fend off foreclosures and keep their homes.
And then they can smugly and condescendingly talk about how HONORABLE the are!
I’m ROFLMAO!
As an actual combat veteran, I can assure you all of one thing: Those who parade their military service around lightly, who puff up their chests and toss out references to Iwo Jima on blogs and who use their service to win pats on the back or an upper hand in casual arguments are the ones who turned wrenches in the motor pool or shuffled papers stateside.
Those who saw action don’t trivialize with phony patriotism or brag about their service in blog comments.
IMHO, Lady Matco Debbie is the one with the biggest balls around here, and that can be intimidating for the pompous & inadequate. So why don’t the Old Boys Club geezers go start their own blog where they can tell each other what heroes they are, quote from WWII movies and brag about the size of their dingies without ever being challenged?
Guest wrote – “They can barge into a forum intended to allow the sharing of complaints.”
Junior – You’re proving my point about a lack of comprehension around here. Read the statement at the top of the page “”Please share a comment about your experience – good or bad””

tlman you barked in the wrong tree this time colorodo spelling i dont care
tlman my buddys coming into denver tonight with a goat and a pipe for you your messing with something you cant handlle
Guest,
strugeling to keep their homes ? This is not a Matco problem it is a budget problem. My ski trip consits of a 30 min drive and the lake is 5 min from the house should I feel bad that I pick a good spot to live ??? I bought a house I could afford no matter what happened. Sounds like you have bigger problems than Matco. Yes I turned wrenches in the motor pool sometimes cement other times sand what is your point.
Junior wrote: “You’re proving my point about a lack of comprehension around here.”
No, Junior, it’s not that people are disagreeing with the complaints or posting good experiences that I have a problem with.
In fact, I think the comments I read of yours, such as the last one, were very good. You voiced your opinion that Tommy failed for other reasons than he is claiming. You made a good point about how competitors are using his complaints against Matco. But you also (I think) acknowledged that other people had different experiences and may have valid complaints.
Most of the “Haves” that have come on here attack everyone who has a complaint as being lazy, not working the system, blaming others. And that’s surely true for some. But when you read through a lot of these stories and look at the statistics, its apparent that there are hardworking people following the system that are getting flushed out every year.
It was great to hear how you came to the aid of Tex Dman as a DM. That’s the kind of support dbrs are led to believe they’ll have. But if you read through these stories you’ll here a lot of credible examples of how DMs and RMs not only neglected their dbrs, but seemed to intentionally hasten their failures.
I like thoughtful, respectful debate. I actually wish there was more valid engagement from successful dbrs, but you seem to be one of the only one willing or able to do so. The others want to brag about how great they are and what losers anyone with a complaint must be.
TLMAN wrote: “Yes I turned wrenches in the motor pool sometimes cement other times sand what is your point.”
I think you made it for me.
tlman you turned wrenches what a bonus you still cant fix stupid
Couldn’t sleep, read through the latest posts…,
Thank you Guest, you’re a true gentleman
Keep in mind, there is no need to respond to any post –
You don’t need to validate your point to anyone
You certainly don’t need to answer to any bully
I personally refuse to address any one negative attack or
provide my sales statistics – reasons – or proof
I don’t need to explain myself to anyone here
I DO need continue to make very public the practices
of Matco. The common practices of recruiting new
Distributors based SOLELY on their credit worthiness!
This should be known – prospective new distributors
Should be aware Matco doesn’t care if they can “make it”
Matco only cares if they can pay to get in
Problem one that needs to get fixed.
Kevin, Im glad to see you post again! Unfortunately Debbie has no use for people (DBRs) to give her ideas with her business anymore.. Apparently she knows everything already and has no need for any help whatsoever.. Because of course….. Nothing was her fault, it was all Matcos.. They wanted to set her up for failure from the start. They wanted to make sure her toolbox orders were wrong (more money for matco), they wanted to inflate her route head count, (so they could watch her squirm), they also charged her for tools/goods(aka franchise fees), hell the diesel pump even said $X.XX a gallon but snuck in a ROAD TAX WITH IT TOO!!! Another FEE!! Credit card processing fee, ANOTHER FEE Matco is getting a kick back from I’m sure! The tires on the bus go round and round, other FEE she has to take care of!! Trans Lease probably SOLD her a truck with propane heat, ANOTHER FEE!!!
The sad thing is, these people (the have-nots as guest calls them) do not want any help with their business… Only to point the finger at Matco.
The problems at Matco ARE systemic and have the blessing of everyone from the top down, it is NOT just a few dm’s & Rm’s…
Heard it tonight, straight from the top!
TexDman just to show you D.M.’s lie(yes, lemonademan) I was very professional on my route, courtesy, respectful, and honest, when my cust ask where matco tools were made, I told them, didn’t like it but I did.My truck was washed every week and very clean, I never once acted up in school. I went to every meeting and setup the tools at every meeting with my D.M. I was the first one there. I never changed any plan matco had for me, I always welcomed my D.M on the truck, I even asked him to come ride with me, he scheduled a date with me and I found him riding with another distributor on the day, he was supposed to be with me.
JUNIOREE( AKA LEMONADEMAN), IS A FLAT OUT LIAR, LIKE ALL D.M’S.
TexDman, glad to see, he was able to help you, that is rare, you can see the D.M in him. He seems to be like all D.M.’s, nice to your face and stab you in the back, I see it in him.
TexDman, we are here to vent how we were treated by matco, not everyones case, this site is unhappy for a reason, we are posting info everywhere and on every
site possible,including, NY POST,CRAIGSLIST, NY TIMES,NEWSWEEK,ETC,we are
not here to hurt a distributors business, we are here to make a stand at whatever it takes and are willing to do that.Matco did not care when it came to damaging us and karma is a bitchh. I do hope you understand what this site is about.Thanks.
KEEP POSTING GUYS ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE, ESPICALLY CRAIGSLIST, DO IT UNDER TOOLS ORBUSINESS FOR SALE, ALOT OF TECHS LOOK UNDER TOOLS AND IT MAY MAKE LEMONADEMAN MAD,SORRY.
Come on people. Did anyone sell tools in your bad route. Or is it the the other distributors had a better plan. Really no one bought tools in your rout. All I see hear is the same noise I am a victim. Just answer the question. Debbie even avoided it.
Matco2, at one time , I was the only tool guy on a couple of my days, the snapon and mac guy went out, why, because the area was tainted from previous distributors, who damaged the reputation of the tool guys. I showed up every week and still could not recover from what damage they caused. One stop, on one of my days, there was a snapon guy, who was personal friends with the shop owner, the shop had 30 techs in it,it was a trnsmission rebuild shop and I had to park at the edge of the road which was about a 75 yards away from the entrance of the shop, but the snapon guy was aloud to park at the entrance to the shop, why would a D.M give the shop to me, just for a headcount, he knew it was a loser of a shop, because we had to park at the edge of the road and the truck was not allowed on the property, but snapon was the only one allowed to park at the entrance. He also paid his techs tool bill and used the receipt for a tax write off.Just a head count is all it was.
Tommy wrote – “JUNIOREE( AKA LEMONADEMAN), IS A FLAT OUT LIAR, LIKE ALL D.M’S.”
(no name calling here moderator)
Junior – Nice try Tommyboy-the-forgetful-failure. You bagan by helping your DM but that didn’t last. You forget the part where you challenged policy, you questioned a proven plan until you failed. You knew better than Matco so you changed the plan to fit Tommy’s World.
You see Tommy you made your mistake back when you sent out emails to us top 25 DBR’s attempting to get our buy-in that you, Tommy of Jascksonville FL, had figured out a better plan. You were barking up the wrong tree Tommyboy, the Matco plan was working for the very folks you tried to recruit. You opened your mouth too much and exposed what you were about. [redacted]
Then…you continued to email me while I was a DM so I checked into who this cat was only to find you had changed your business so much your business mix was F’ed up. When you failed you started crying that Matco failed you. Who’s the liar Tommyboy?
BTW, sold 8 lemons this last week for a total gross of $63k. Closed on my Texas bldg, open my second location in January. I contribute my success to what Matco taught me as a DBR and a DM. Can’t wait to open a location in Florida. Might have a job for you Tommy, you need a good DM in your life. Dirrection, inspiration, correction, and guidence. Most DBRs don’t need all this but some do, right Tommy.
[Junior: Make your points without insults or namecalling if you wish to keep commenting. ADMIN]
Guest17- You’re right, of course. That’s why I gave up on the WMD. Failure is hard to take. It’s natural to blame others, but it takes intelligence to see what caused the failure. Nearly every mechanic buys tools. They will buy from who treats them the best and they are most comfortable with. Failure in the tool business is caused by getting beat by another brand, or by beating yourself. Most of the WMD apparently beat themselves, by what I read here. Nothing has changed here from my first post- same handfull of WMD trying to convince themselves that nothing is their fault. They need a different occupation with everything set up for them, so failure is impossible, AKA union work.
Very well put Kevin.
I too believe thats true Kevin. The union mentality is also aparent here with the burn baby burn aditude. If I can’t make no one should lets make a big stink so we can feel imprtant.
This to will pass and the rest of us will just keep doing what we have been to make our customers happy and keep growing our future.

WE WILL DO WHAT IS NECESSARY TO MAKE THEM LISTEN. WHATEVER IT TAKES.
SOME PEOPLE GET MAD AND SOME WILL GET OVER IT. I GOT AN E-MAIL THIS MORNING, ONE PERSON STATED ‘ I POSTED ON CRAIGSLIST IN TWELVE DIFFERENT CITIES, THANKS FOR THE POSTINGS.GOOD JOB
I NEED TO GET A STRESS BALL FOR SOMEBODY ON HERE!!!!!!!!!
Not everyone on my route bought a 6331RX I mean really if life was fair I should have sold at least 300 of them I think Matco is out to get me it must be a conspiracy.
Spot on Kevin
Tommy, yes they did such a good job that craigslist instantly recognizes it as SPAM and removes it.. Way to go team!!
How does the saying go? “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire”?

What is worse, Darryl replaces me with a guy that has failed the tool business not once, not twice, but three times!… In the period of six months Darryl churned myself and two others out of the district.” Bruce on November 29th, 2011 11:38 am
“DARYL PRITCHETT AND MIKE RAMEY WORK TOGETHER TO SIGN YOU UP AND THEN KICK YOU TO THE CURB.” Tommy Cheung
Of course, the Old Boys Club will deny there’s an obvious pattern above.
Just like they deny churning takes place, despite obvious facts to the contrary (http://www.unhappyfranchisee.com/matco-tools-franchise-distributor-churning/)
To TLMAN I read your comments to me. 1st let me say you are entitled to your opinion. and I respect that. But don’t talk down or belittle me when you don’t know me or have any 1st hand knowledge of my situation. It is easy for you to berate and degrade people when you hide behind a screen name.
For the record I was quite successful before I became a Matco distributor and have been successful since leaving Matco. Matco didn’t ruin me. and I admit part of my problems were my own but not all. But my giving up my distributorship may have been good for me I have done extremely well since leaving and have no regrets.
I’m glad you were able to weather the storm and come out well.
My business did need to grow but explain to me how do you grow a business where there are to many distributors in an area? how do you grow when your customer base continues to drop? I saw that I was not going to be able to grow my business to what I wanted and expected. I made the decision when I knew I would not get the assistance of my DM or Matco to grow my business. It was my decision to cut my losses and move on.
Do I think that my DM and Business Development Manager fudged numbers to create a route. Yes absolutely. Can I prove it? Not sure but I have good documentation to show something was not done properly. I’ll give 3 examples.
Arrived at one shop while seeding with my DM we went in I introduced myself and he said ” I told the guy that was here 3 weeks ago not to have anyone come in we are closing and this is our last week ” My DM’s response was oops I’ll try and find you another shop.
One stop that we didn’t have time to seed I get in there with my trainer Nice office building. the owner says your in the wrong spot I told them you could come in but it was for my dad who has a small frame shop in the back. I said it says you have 5 mechanics. His response. No I have 5 employees that work all around the country. in the shop out back it’s just my dad.
The last example was the shop I mentioned before with 2 address 1 for the office in front and 1 for the shop in the back. The shop already had a matco distributor going into it and it was on his list of calls.
Is this an honest and forthright survey and list of calls. Not in my opinion.
I have several more. examples similar to these shops that flat out told them they didn’t want service but were on my list anyway. I continued for several weeks at these shops to try to get in but when the owner of a business tells you repeatedly do not come here we don’t want your services. What do you do you stop wasting time and move on.
Even My trainer said he had issues with my route and said it was weak but I could probably do ok but it would take allot of hard work. He also expressed his opinion of my DM but I will leave his comments in confidence lets just say they weren’t nice. I know my trainer did make some inquiries into my route and the survey and was soon after terminated by Matco. I can only suspect my DM had something to do with it.
To the person that was wondering if I’m a Matco plant. you can lookme up on facebook, I’ll send you my number and you can call me. I have nothing to hide. or you can look at the below link and see that I’m at a total different spectrum of careers that the tool business.

To answer matco 2
matco2 on December 17th, 2011 10:08 pm
I have one question for those that are out or on the way out and blame matco.
Was there a distributor of any brand, snap on mac or independent that did well in the area? We all run the same basic business. If these route truly don’t produce than they all would fail.
In My case I competed against Mac Cornwell and 3 different Snap on distributors. The Cornwell guy was the first to go The Mac Guy second On one of the Snap-On routes they went through 3 differnt guys while I was in business. I don’t know if they still have someone in that route or not.
Hi Bob, to answer your question – YES
My route covers 700 miles a week, 15 tax jurisdictions, and several competing tool distributors. In fact, I over lap 10 others – 3 Snap On, 4 Mac, 3 Cornwell
OVER LAP 10 others –
Of THOSE – 1 Snap On guy is on his way out, ALL 4 Mac guys are gone, and 1 Cornwell gone
So, pretty clear MY route is not viable – despite trying to “fill in” with shops 125 miles away.
********Just thought I would mention the
“Happy Holidays” email that Tom Willis sent out………………
apparently HE TOO ACKNOWLEDGED
THE ECONOMY ADVERSELY AFFECTED DISTRIBUTORS!!
Mr. Willis wrote:
· Florida, Arizona, California and Nevada are all showing significant recovery from the 2008-2009 period
where the banks and real estate decimated their economies. In fact, almost every state was affected
but these were the worst hit.
“IN FACT ALMOST EVERY STATE WAS AFFECTED!!!!!! BUT THESE WERE THE WORE HIT!!!!!”
IT IS JUST SAD!!!!!! Willis’s email about why those distributors in the hardest hit states economically were still required to meet the minimum purchase requirement and further why Matco didn’t do its job of replacing out of business shops with others.
After all, what Matco sold all its distributors was supposed to be a list of 325 potential customer and if some of those shops/customers go out of business, it is Matco’s contractual responsibility to replace those customers ASAP. It is not the responsibility of the distributors to find replacement customers on their own!
Guest- If Pritchett and Ramey are a problem, then sue them, and leave the rest us alone. Oh, that’s right, YOU CAN’T, since you.ve never been a distributor, and have no affiliation with Matco.
Mike said- “in regards to guests comment poor fred walker, they fished and hooked fred is a great guy,it sad hes it the dp and mr show good luck fred”
What the hell are you talking about? Speak english!
Kevin writes: “If Pritchett and Ramey are a problem, then sue them”
Kevin’s (aka “well I guess Glenn screwed another new guy”) flippant dismissal of multiple serious allegations of churning by specific Matco employees seems to indicate two things:
1) that there is no complaint or problem, no matter how serious or obvious, that the Matco Old Boys Club will acknowledge, and
2) the reason that the MDAC is widely regarded as a joke and instrument of Matco control is that its made up of longtime Board members like Kevin (aka “well I guess Glenn screwed another new guy”) who are supposed to represent dbrs’ best interests, but clearly don’t give a damn about them.

Tommy, had you given your tool business the same effort you give bitching you might would have made it.
I just confirmed Craigslist IS removing Tommy & company posts. SPAM, now there’s irony.
Junior:
You must have been looking on Craigslist for Tommy’s posts when I reposted these comments.
Aren’t these complaints from your former area?
What’s your take?
Are these all just lazy whiners who happen to have the same complaints about the same individuals?
If so, why do you think Matco is so bad at screening out lazy slackers before selling them franchises?
You’d think after selling thousands they’d be able to do a better job, wouldn’t you?

What is worse, Darryl replaces me with a guy that has failed the tool business not once, not twice, but three times!… In the period of six months Darryl churned myself and two others out of the district.” Bruce on November 29th, 2011 11:38 am
“DARYL PRITCHETT AND MIKE RAMEY WORK TOGETHER TO SIGN YOU UP AND THEN KICK YOU TO THE CURB.” Tommy Cheung
