We received the following franchise warning about the MATCO TOOLS franchise opportunity.  According to commenter “TOMMY CHEUNG” :

“STAY AWAY FROM MATCO TOOLS. THEY WILL SELL YOU A BILL OF GOODS,WHICH IS NO GOOD.

“RUMOR HAS IT ,MATCO MAKES MORE MONEY SIGNING NEW FRANCHISES THAN THEY DO TAKING CARE OF THEIR CURRENT ONES.

“DARYL PRITCHETT AND MIKE RAMEY WORK TOGETHER TO SIGN YOU UP AND THEN KICK YOU TO THE CURB. I AM WORKING ON A LAWSUIT AGAINST MATCO, HOPING TO TURN IT INTO A CLASS ACTION SUIT. YOU MAY CONTACT JERRY MARKS AT MARKS AND KLEIN LAW FIRM AT [redacted], IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

“I INVESTED ALOT OF MONEY IN MATCO AND AFTER 3.5 YEARS THEY SHUT ME DOWN. WHEN THE ECONOMY SLOWED IN 2008,THEY PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS.

“I ALSO SPOKE TO A PREVIOUS EXECUTIVE, WHO CALLED ME, AND STATED THATS THE WAY MATCO DOES BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM MATCO TOOLS AND RUN LIKE HELL WHEN YOU SEE THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR INVEST IN MATCO TOOLS…”

Marks & Klein is a legitimate franchise law firm that often represents franchisees in lawsuits against their franchisors, but we haven’t verified with them whether a lawsuit against Matco Tools is in the works or not.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?  IS MATCO TOOLS A GOOD FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY, A FAIR FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY OR A FRANCHISE SCAM?

@Taxpayer…………………. I feel sorry for you.

How sad, you are completely devoid of empathy!

What if? What if, YOU, YOUR dad, YOUR brother, YOUR sister, YOUR mother…….
had been lied to???? How? HOW would YOU FEEL??

Would you stand up for YOUR RIGHTS??

Would you CARE about YOUR FAMILY??

Amazing after MONTHS of posts, after NUMEROUS STORIES OF DECEIT, after MULTIPLY LAWSUITS……………. “you” still doubt

YOU still want to throw childish barbs and dismiss legitimate accounts as “:bitching”……………. sad

Did your post make YOU feel better??

    Because the TERMINATED DISTRIBUTORS,
THE WRONGFULLY TERMINATED DISTRIBUTORS are not posting here
    just “to feel better”

    We NEED TO CHANGE MATCO

    We need to warn others

This isn’t a school yard playground………… this is REAL LIFE

If you’re not part of the solution, YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM

  • Debbie Solko

    THE TOOLBOX STORIES NEVER END…………

A terminated distributor SOLD a brand new 6 SERIES toolbox to a very good customer. That customer was transfered in his job to Fresno CA the same time the new tool box was delivered. The customer put the box in storage never opened – the box was still in cardboard/plastic etc. When he settled in his new location, he picked up the box from storage and brought to his shop. Upon unpacking the customer discovered there WERE NO LINERS IN HIS 6 SERIES BOX.

The customer called his distributor – that has since been terminated. The distributor called Matco and COULD NOT GET HELP.

The customer called MATCO – and COULD NOT GET HELP.

    HOW PATHETIC???

    WORLD CLASS SERVICE???

.. His name is Luis Heredia

SO MATCO, WHAT CAN YOU DO????????????

I’ll tell you, Matco won’t do a damn thing! Matco doesn’t care about their distributors, they DON’T care about their customers.

i DARE YOU Matco, prove me wrong!

  • richard

    hey taxpayer,
you are here of your own choice. if you dont like it then make another choice and leave. have a nice day.

  • Todd A. Peterson

Go Ahead! Look up Don Dwyer Sr. who is no longer with us. Read his History and experiences in the Corporate world. Then ask yourself why a Franchisor would lead and promote a GOVERNMENT FUNDED ORGANIZATION like VETFRAN (NON-PROFIT) (FUNDED BY OUR GOVERNMENT WITH TAXPAYER MONEY) in the PURE interest of helping us POOR VETS find a job.

When the BIG CORPORATIONS have NOTHING to lose because of the TAX CREDITS they are going to receive which equal MORE money than they will lose giving tools to those who enter the Vetfran Program.

It DISGUSTS me to be an American who has SERVED his COUNTRY and see that same COUNTRY allow BIG CORPORATIONS to influence soldiers through a GOVERNMENT FUNDED (Non-Profit Organization) that has no moral compass. What I mean by that is they don’t make sure the OPPORTUNITIES (Franchisors) they promote are GOOD opportunities for SOLDIERS. Matco has not been that for the last five years. When the economy tanked from 2007 to 2009 the tool business tanked too.

I know that has an affect on Matco as well but for a Vice President of Matco (Now President) to make a video and make statements like “Matco is a GREAT decision in a BAD ECONOMY and even better in a good one.” and to remove FALSE SURVEYS from a RECRUITMENT video should be something that the IFA and VETFRAN should take notice of besides the fact that they are being sued for SBA Loan Fraud. Their SBA Loan Failure Rate is at 37%. They have consistently reduced their Active Distributor head count over the last 5 years. They are also being pursued for Labor Laws and FTC Ad violations. Not to mention I know several Ex Franchisees who entered through the Vetfran Program and are VERY UPSET with Matco and their FALSE DREAMS they sell.

All of this said, Tax Payer would rather me shut my mouth and not be VOCAL. Well, in the voice of my forefathers “Give me Liberty or give me Death.”

  • Todd A. Peterson

Go ahead and look up Vetfran. They are prepping our government for more financing for these CHURN and BURN Franchisors as we now speak. Why are SBA Loans given to these Franchisees like Matco in the first place?

Don’t you and I Tax Payer have to Project a PROFITABLE outlook in order to obtain an SBA Loan?

I believe SBA Loans which are BACKED by the American Taxpayer have REQUIREMENTS. DON’T THEY!!!

If I request an SBA Loan from our Government and can not show any kind of successful plan will I get an SBA Loan?

    You kill me Tax Payer!

Hi. question has anyone had their route changed by matco

  • thetruth

debbie has, she had her route added to,after she asked for help. But she does not want anyone
to know how much matco tried to help her.

  • richard

why do people get on here to post things under alias names. why not use your real name if you speak the truth. are you afraid of backlashes from those that do lie and you know that they lie. the truth is the truth and there is no reason to hide from the truth. so again why do you people that seem to know so much are afraid to identify who you really are. talk is cheap and lies are abundant.
i can back up everything i say with the proper proof so why cant you. be a man or woman and properly identify yourself unless you are afraid of the truth yourself.

  • tlman

Debbie Todd and the whiner crew,

What happened to your Expo party just as I thought all talk. Presold aprox 20k not including tool boxes. Planned on going to the Flamingo to show you losers what a tool man looks like but what happened you don’t have the guts to show ?
This is a business for those that are willing to work hard and for those that want to make a lot of $$$$$$$$, not for people who want to sit on their butt and whine.

  • Todd A. Peterson

    tlman,

I appreciate your concern for my family and my WELFARE. Since you are a loser who can’t post by his name I will tell you that I coach my sons 5th Grade Basketball team and we won again today. You see not only can I sell tools and succeed but I can help others by working together as a team to be successful.

I hope all the money you spent at Expo makes your business SUCCESSFUL!

But should Matco come to you and tell you in a few months that they are taking your customers and give them to someone else after you spent ALL that money at Expo I got a phone number I can give you.

But don’t be a little B*^%h and post yourself as tlman. Have some stones and put your name down and have some pride to go with it.

  • tlman

    Todd,

I could care less about your family quit taking my sensitive pills a long time ago. Glad to see you found your calling coach. I thought you had posted that you had sold a truck so you would be able to attend the whiner pity party at the Flamingo what gives was the truck a lemon did you have to take it back ?

  • thetruth

see what happens if you prove what they write is wrong, they go after you any way they can. debbie got lots of help from matco and will not admit it. matco tries to help you all out there, but you guys just must blame someone else, because it could not have been your fault.

  • tlman

    the truth,

The truth is some people can’t be helped. On another note through the years I have seen many youth coaches that were failures at business or work and used this coaching role to benifit their self esteem at the expense of good kids. You would think a parent or coach would say the team won or my child won the game. Instead some of these egomaniacs say we won the game as if they were playing this is very sad. The seafood buffet at the RIO is great!!!

  • richard

    MATCO
    SUCKS
    do you hear me now

  • richard

since you two know so much then show me where and how matco helped me. you werent there so i dont think that you can. im glad that you are enjoying the seafood buffet because you have paid for it and just dont know it. go ahead and see what else matco can sucker you for.
you have your head so far in rectal assurance that you cant even smell the coffee at the breakfast buffet. thats okay though. one day, and soon you will understand. just remember that you were told by someone that has experienced it, just remember.

    Todd:

Congrats on your Team win. I bet one of the reasons for your success is that, during the game, you did not terminate all the players who were not maintaining 80% or more of the team scoring average. :)

Take a look at what that policy would do to championship NBA teams. Generally, they’d terminate 2 of their 5 starters would be my bet.

Imagine if Matco coached a fifth grade basketball team. Even if they somehow managed to win the championship, the kids would not be allowed to leave the building with their trophies. Just like tlman thinks he’s smart, building equity in a business he’ll never be able to sell.

tlman, real business owners actually sell the businesses they spend decades building. Less than 7% of Matco Tools franchisees ever even transfer their businesses to someone else. They can’t even give them away.

Just because Matco left you with enough to afford some baceria-ridden las vegas buffet doesn’t mean they’ll let you leave the building with your trophy either.

    tlman and thePHONYtruth

You two clowns are exactly the kind of sheeple that Matco wants running one of their trucks…they have you buying their product at outrageously inflated prices, selling their contracts for them, collecting their PSA money for them, paying to fix their broken tools, paying to ship their broken tools back, paying them double what it costs to actually go to Vegas and Expo, paying $1200 per yr for their computer software (it used to be free), paying triple for promo items…pay pay pay them for wonderful privilege of carrying their decal on the side of your truck…and you pay $1000 for that decal kit…pay pay pay

Oh ya, lets not forget that you are making sooooo much $$$ that you are eating at the buffet line at the RIO LOL LOL LOL!!

ARE YOU FREAKIN’ KIDDING ME…THE RIO!! THE BUFFET LINE LOL!!

There you go folks, that is the definition of SUCCESS with Matco Tools

  • That sure sounds like Matco all right. After charging their DBR’s triple price for the hotel stay @ Caesars Palace they have to travel way off Las Vegas Blvd. to eat salmonella at the Rio of all places.

The RM’s & DM’s were over at The Bellagio feasting on filet mignon.

  • Todd A. Peterson

    tlman & thetruth,

You know, I don’t mind you bashing me in any way shape or form. I am a MAN who has a voice and uses it. I know the difference between a lie and the truth. If you think for 5 seconds I have not used the money that I got from selling my tool truck to find an attorney you are NUTS!

I have got a GOOD one!!!

When you need one just call!

It may not happen today or tomorrow but it WILL happen!

UNLESS, thanks to me and others, Matco changes their Policies and acts more Ethically and Morally. Then you can still stand in your truck and boast how great Matco is but the truth will be WE made it better for YOU and others.

CHANGE doesn’t happen unless SOMEONE makes it HAPPEN!!!

  • Todd A. Peterson

    tlman and thetruth,

So what is your take on Vetfran and how Matco uses Vetfran and the IFA to submit their PHONY Franchise success to Veterans who are looking for a JOB?

Do you know Matco PROFITS off of hiring EVERYONE who signs with VETFRAN?

That’s right!!! Matco gets $2400 dollars for a Veteran in TAX incentives from OUR GOVERNMENT to sign up anyone who has been UNEMPLOYED less than 6 months.

But wait!!! If you are a Veteran and have not been employed for 6 months Matco will receive $5600 in tax incentives for selling you their FALSE and COMPLETELY CRAP FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY through the Vetfran Program.

Lets screw the DISABLED VETS even HARDER!!! (Because LORD knows a lot of them have gotten hurt serving their Country while being DEPLOYED) If you are DISABLED and Matco sells you their SCAM!!! Matco gets $9600 in tax credits from good old UNCLE SAM!!!

UNCLE SAM a SCAM I AM!!!

Tell me the LOGIC in that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sell a VETERAN a Franchise Opportunity which has NO PROVEN HISTORY OF SUCCESS!!! and receive TAX CREDITS!!!!!

Once again our GOVERNMENT is SCREWING our soldiers and pouring BIG MONEY back into our CORPORATIONS!!!

  • Todd A. Peterson

    30 vets in one year.

    15 employed less than 6 months= $36000
    5 more than 6 moths= $28000
    10 Disabled= $96000

Grand Total= $160,000 in TAX CREDITS

  • Todd A. Peterson

If you ask me the VETFRAN Program is a PRIME example of how BIG CORPORATIONS get our GOVERNMENT to SCREW others for PROFIT!!! I think VETFRAN needs to be DISSOLVED!!!!! It serves NO REAL PURPOSE but allows BIG CORPORATIONS to GROUP soldiers together and subject them to UNREAL OPPORTUNITIES of being self-employed and having no real success of succeeding and gets them STUCK into doing a job they might not LIKE!!! Or as a DISABLED VETERAN might not be able to do!!!

Will someone take a LONG LONG LONG LONG look into this and see if some of what I am saying might remotely be true????????????????????????????

  • Debbie Solko

Todd you have struck a nerve – an Undisputable fact
Matco’s indecent and immoral practices are all the more heinous
    when perpetrated on American servicemen.

However; the spineless minions won’t dispute your claims or even
    come forward with comments

No, they will continue to attack me and others and try to
unsuccessfully divert attention. They foolishly think they
discredit the multitude claims of deceit and churning.

The FACT remains Matco’s actions amount to Franchise Fraud
and they WILL be held accountable – period.

  • richard

them boys are so wrong to try to manipulate veterans for their own profit while trying to represent themselves as honest and trusting people trying to help the disabled veteran to get a new start on life. you people suck. i am a veteran and i dont appreciate your lies and deceit at all. yes i was one that you took advantage of and you shouldnt have.
its your turn in the barrel now matco. lets see how you weather the storm of all that you have taken advantage of. stay tuned.

i hear that train a coming.

  • Todd A. Peterson

You know, as an American Tax Payer I demand to know what the SUCCESS Statistics of VETERANS who enter the NON-PROFIT Organization Vetfran to obtain FRANCHISES are.

Surely a NON-PROFIT Organization who PROMOTES Matco Franchises to Veterans can PROVE that they are giving Veterans who sign up for Matco Franchises a VIABLE opportunity to succeed in their OWN business!

    What say ye?

  • richard

    todd

i totally agree. as a veteran i need to know that i am not just a dollar to someone but i am being given a fair chance to compete in the world after all that i have given. all the lies and deceit need to stop.
i dont want a hand out nor do i want to be used by someone to help them get ahead and leave me behind. ouch, that hurts.
when i made my choices to risk my life i did it without thought, why did matco make the choice to help me, for a dollar.
not a good reason sir. yall suck.

  • Todd A. Peterson

    Remember,

I had 10 guys in my Graduation Class at Stow, OH. Out of 10 only 1 remains.

Only a hand full of us had any REAL success with Matco.

In Fact, I only know of two who were considered TOP DISTRIBUTORS.

I had my success STRIPPED away from me by a NEW REGIONAL MANAGER whom other Franchisees and Managers have told me he was a POOR manager in their Region for years.

In less than 8 months this RM stripped two Distributors of their customers and left them UNPROFITABLE and losing money to Distributors whom Matco established NEW Franchisees in the shops I was forced to vacate.

This same Management team promised Steve Chun who had many years of experience as an Outside Sales Rep. and a life of sales experience a successful Matco route based in Joplin, Mo. Only to find out after he signed ALL the Legal Documents and went through training and started his route that Matco had given him an UNVIABLE route with his Customers already getting service from a Matco Distributor who had been servicing those customers for years.

Why would Matco buy Steve Chun out if it were not true!!!

How does one SURVEY a route (DISTRICT MANAGER) and then find out AFTER that the route the NEW DISTRIBUTOR has been given is already being serviced by a Distributor??????????????????

Love to hear an answer from you GUYS who LOVE your FRANCHISER.

  • Todd A. Peterson

Michael Gates is another Franchisee Matco boasts of propelling through its money making VETFRAN Program. The 2006 press release boasts Michael as a Successful Franchisee (In his first FULL years of BUSINESS) but 5 years later Mr. Gatewood has a different view of Matco.

How come noone wants to report that Matco Franchises are not as successful as they are made to look like by BIG CORPORATE Ad spending and GOVERNMENT RELATIONS with VETFRAN and the IFA.

Please watch the TIM GILMORE (Matco’s President) video that is found on YOUTUBE (That is the EDITED version) and see where he states Franchisees get a PRE-DEFINED List of Calls, UNMATCHED CUSTOMER SUPPORT and a Franchise that is “A GREAT DECISION in a bad economy and even better in a GOOD one.”

These LIES are made with NO PROVEN history of SUCCESS!

These LIES are PERPETUATED by our GOVERNMENT through a NON-PROFIT Organization called Vetfran whom gathers OUR TROOPS together for the purpose of SUBJECTING them to OPPORTUNITIES for them to INVEST large sums of their money with NO REAL proof that if they follow the “Matco PROVEN business model they will have any REAL SUCCESS”.

    There in lies the PROBLEM.

    I am a VETERAN.
I did not have a Full-Time Job when I came to Matco.
I had been unemployed for almost 6 months when I started looking at Matco’s Franchise Opportunity.

Matco gave me a FALSE ROUTE to start my Franchise with.
When I did as INSTRUCTED by Matco’s management by adding more shops to my route. Matco took my customers when I became SUCCESSFUL and gave them to someone else stating I had violated my Contractual Agreement even though common PRACTICE is for District Managers to call up Distributors and ADD shops to their Route List WITHOUT having any WRITTEN documentation of the ADDED shops.

After being forced to the minimum a Distributor is supposed to have to start a Franchise (I was actually left with less than 325 customers), I was forced to try and sell my $240,000+ inventory (My COST) to HALF the customers in MY 6 month old BRAND NEW 26′ Box Peterbilt PB335 TOOL TRUCK.

    YOU KNOW THE REST!!!

Twice in 2009 I would ask for resurvey of route due to low head count and be told by my DM it was coming but to be patient only to discuss it with him again in the Spring of 2010 and on July 12, 2010 receive a Separation Letter due to purchase average.

My QUESTION to the MORONS that run this COMPANY is “HOW THE HELL am I supposed to maintain your required purchase average when I have been requesting on MULTIPLE occasions that my route be resurveyed by my UNMATCHED CUSTOMER SUPPORT who tells me they will PERFORM this survey and be patient while they put other Franchisees in BUSINESS.

    Lets take a CLOSER LOOK!

Why might my DM not be able to come and help me RESURVEY my route?

    LETS SEE!

Was it because he was involved with STEVE CHUN’S fubar route in which the DM FALSIFIED a SURVEY to get STEVE CHUN started in a route that didn’t even exist.?

Look up Vetfran! Call Beth Solomon and tell her we demand, as a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION who’s purpose is supposed to be the WELFARE of our TROOPS, that they SHOW us statistics of VETERANS who enter the Vetfran and have SUCCESS 10 years down the road.

We demand STATISTICS of SUCCESSFUL Franchises that Franchisees sell when the Franchisee is ready to Retire, Quit or Forced to quit because of FAMILY needs or HEALTH issues.

Fact is MATCO profits when you quit and knows that once your into a Franchise your in. Because of the Financial investment you won’t be getting out soon.

Why do they give you a PRE-DEFINED “LOC”?

So they have CONTROL over where you do your BUSINESS!

I had a discussion with a Franchise attorney a bit ago who has represented both sides, Franchisor and Franchisee…I asked him point blank if there are any good small Franchisee friendly Franchises out there any more and his response was “No, None…why do you think there are so many Franchise attorneys out there now when just a few years ago there were none”

    amazing…

    TODAY on Career Builder.com

    Matco Tools
HQ: Stow, OH | Approx. 1,199 active jobs |

    Doesn’t anyone find that curious??

After all, Matco CLAIMS to have 1500 distributors……………

REALLY??? THEN WHY ARE THEY ADVERTISING 1199 ACTIVE JOBS??????

    Seriously? How can that be????

    FALSE ADVERTISING???

OR JUST MORE LIES FROM MATCO………………….

  • Debbie Solko

I hope all those partying in Vegas are enjoying themselves…………………

Because the PARTY is about to end!!!!!!!

After all, MATCO has ALREADY advertised THEIR JOBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ImInVegas

Debbie, Vegas is great! Missed your party at the Flamingo, why the no show? Just like your business…no show!

  • Todd A. Peterson

Alan Mandic is a previous Distributor of Matco Tools. He claims Matco is a GOOD Company whom he was very successful with. But after 3 years in a thriving business HE chose to quit. Please visit Mr. Mandic’s facebook page and ask yourself is Matco a Company that thrives on and preys on people with good credit and or those who might have the COMPLETE money needed to start a Franchise. I have no idea how or why Mr. Mandic chose to be a Matco Distributor but evidently he doesn’t care that Matco PROFITS off of Veterans who enter the Matco Franchise system through the Vetfran Program. THAT IS FACT!!!!!!

Want to see for your self??? http://veterans.house.gov/vow.

  • Todd A. Peterson

    Iminvegas,

While your in Vegas with the Corporate Managers could you ask them why Matco makes money on Veterans who sign up through the Vetfran Program? $2400, $5600 or $9600.

In Fact, walk up to TIm Gilmore and ask him “How many Veterans have FAILED in Matco Franchises through the Vetfran Program who REJECTED Matco’s UNMATCHED WORLD CLASS SUPPORT” or “Don’t agree with their Pre-Defined LOC’s” or ask him “Why did you edit your Recruitment Video that used to be almost 9 minutes long and included a FALSE SURVEY with no merit.” or is it true that “Matco Tools violates FTC rules involving advertising their Franchise Opportunities through EMPLOYMENT web sites on the Internet” or “Is it true that Matco committed SBA LOAN FRAUD by PROJECTING incomes of Franchises to obtain the SBA Loans” or “Did you really say Matco is a GREAT choice in a bad economy and even better in a GOOD ONE!” or “Is it true that Todd A. Peterson took a purchase average of $620 per week (end of July, 2010) and turned it into almost $1500 per week in 5 months. With almost a 13 week average of $3000 per week in the last statement of the year.” Please ask some of the QUESTIONS. I bet you can’t get a response to any of them. But they are ALL TRUE!!!

  • Todd A. Peterson

Ask Mr. Gilmore to further define how the NPA is figured and if the tools that Matco takes back from Franchisees (who are forced out or quit) and then resales to Distributors is at full cost (not as PDI) is included in the NPA? Or are Franchisees who have Territorial Agreements included in the NPA of Distributors with “LOC’s”?

Also ask Mr. Novak if he likes Bleu Cheese, Thousand Island or Ranch on his salad?

    Just CURIOUS!

  • Todd A. Peterson

    Good point about careerbuilder.com Debbie.

I am reminded of some of my Military training on Bradley Fighting vehicles which can deploy a heavy smoke releasing oil onto the exhaust which does two things hides the tank from the enemy and allows MULTIPLE tanks to advance without knowing how many are coming.

Matco is trying to hide their TRUE number of Franchises available because they are EMBARRASSED!!! It is a smoke screen to cover them as they ADVANCE with the Vetfran and IFA to pursue the Veterans who have money and need a job! If only Matco would provide us with statistical proof that Veterans who enter the Vetfran Program are not stuck holding the debt of starting a Franchise and are still successful 5 years down the road. The proof is not there! This Franchise Opportunity is a SCAM and our Government should not be involved if there is no POSITIVE outcome for our TROOPS!!!

All mobile tool truck franchisees should read and comment both on this post and on the Forbes article. I would hope that you can urge the Forbes writer to drop Snap-on Tools from its list of top franchises.

Forbes’ Praise of the Snap-On Franchise Draws Fire, Disbelief

Forbes has listed Snap-on as its #1 franchise… 5 places higher than McDonald’s!

The Forbes writer bases his ranking on false information and a naive reading of the FDD. He states that there have been “0 closures” in 3 years, despite the fact that more than 1000 franchises have been “reaquired” by the franchisor.

He understates the initial investment by about $100,000, according to Jim Lager.

Today it’s Snap-on, tomorrow it can be Matco. Someone needs to educate these business writers to stop providing powerful and unwarranted marketing tools and badges of credibility. Forbes should be writing on the plight of tool truck franchisees, not helping to sell the next wave of UnhappyFranchisee.com commenters.

Someone who has ethical and moral attributes needs to investigate these opportunities and these writers BANK ACCOUNTS and see if MONEY is the root of all EVIL.
