NY Bagel Café franchise ads run by Dennis Mason (sometimes known as Denis Maason, Keith Samuels, David Malin, or other aliases) and founder Joe Smith describe their franchise as a chance to join a “leading” 20-year bagel chain with 100% financing (above the franchise fee), and a chance to make big commissions helping them sell franchises.
Former franchisees and prospective franchisees alike have shared the pre-sale disclosure documents NY Bagel Café disclosure documents, which all indicate that NY Bagel Café has never had a failed, closed, terminated or resold/transferred store.
