The Perfect Franchise website includes glowing background information of Senior Franchise Consultant Brandon Wilson:
Brandon Wilson, a franchise industry veteran, is a Certified Franchise Executive and a has helped hundreds of clients explore franchise business ownership…
Brandon left to join a startup franchise sales organization (FSO) as one of the first developers, where he helped the FSO quickly become one of the top recognized FSO’s in franchising. During his tenure with the FSO, Brandon worked directly with eight different franchise brands and thousands of individuals exploring franchising.
According to court documents, the referenced FSO is named FranDevCo.
Brandon’s “My Story” page never references his role as a commissioned broker:
…the real highlight of my career is knowing that I have personally helped hundreds of individuals and families take the leap into entrepreneurship through franchising.
After helping so many others enter the world of business ownership, it was time for me to do the same by partnering with The Perfect Franchise. In my role, I am an independent business owner but share and collaborate with my partners at TPF to provide the best possible experience and outcomes for our clients, much like a franchise.

You can read the complaint here:
Ana Deyoung v Conner, FranDevCo, Brandon Wilson, Patrick Elsner, et al
The Complaint states:
The Enterprise was a franchisor which purported to provide administrative and management services to Anodyne-brand pain management clinics in accordance with Anodyne’s business methods. It sold over thirty (30) franchises in twelve (12) consecutive months but did not result in the opening of more than a few units before filing bankruptcy and liquidating.
Plaintiffs obtained a judgment based upon the fraud committed by the Enterprise. The judgment was entered in Docket No. 1:23-cv-00703-UNA in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware based on a reasoned arbitration award on June 28, 2023 in the amount of $484,910.91 with interest at 9.5% from May 31, 2023. See Exhibit A. This lawsuit is to recover losses due to the racketeering activity by individuals who performed the fraudulent acts of the Enterprise through acts of racketeering, and continued this fraudulent franchise scheme, including the looting of this Enterprise.
9. Defendant Frandevco LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, through its franchise salesperson, Defendant Brandon Wilson, knowingly disseminated, by telephone and by email, and sold franchises to Plaintiffs which he knew contained fraudulent information, and collected unreasonable commissions from the Enterprise, and failed to disclose his true interest as a franchise broker in the sales transactions…
Patrick Elsner Also Accused of Providing Fraudulent Information, Collecting Unreasonable Commissions, Hiding His True Interest as a Franchise Broker
10. Defendant Franchise Consulting Corporation (“FCC”), through its franchise salesperson, Defendant Patrick Elsner, knowingly disseminated and sold franchises to Plaintiffs which he knew contained fraudulent information, confirmed the fraudulent misrepresentations in emails and by telephone, and collected unreasonable commissions from the Enterprise, and failed to disclose his true interest as a franchise broker in the sales transactions.
Like many commissioned franchise brokers who are compensated with high referral fees of $25,000 – $50,000 or more, The Perfect Franchise’s Brandon Wilson and Partner Patrick Elsner refer to themselves as free franchise consultants and to those they are paid to refer (not those who pay them) as “clients.”
In an interview titled “Franchise Secrets: From Banker to $25M Biz Owner! w/ Patrick Elsner,” Patrick Elsner claims he’s a franchise consultant, not a broker.
Interviewer: “Is it fair to say that you are a franchise broker?”
Patrick Elsner: “I consider myself a consultant. A broker is selling something. I can’t sell someone a franchise. My role is to be a conduit or a matchmaker…”
