Had a very bad incident occure on product return policy where owner called my house and complained. This escalated to their place of business with owner at full on attitude which in turn has placed me to avoid buying there. Being a very small town and former business owner my self, I was shocked and have spoken to several other different owners that I personally know about this issue. Whom can I contact further on this subject?

Van Nest True Value Hardware & Paint Inc located at 669 Morris Park Ave, Bronx, NY 10462. The owner is an older man, with glasses. Very rude and obnoxious creature. He has cursed almost every individual he comes across. The owner speaks very rudely to all women, even his daughter at the store. He has no care in the world for his customers!!! Many customers get RIPPED OFF from this store. Items are returned to store and you get mistreated with foul attitude by the owner. Terrible customer service. I will never shop there again. SHOP ELSEWHERE!! SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING MISTREATED!!!! I am shocked this guy is still in business with his tone and attitude.
King’s True Value Hardware in Jamestown TN may be practicing deceptive business practices. I purchased an small item on their eBay store on 11 September, which promised delivery by the 17th. Kings claimed it was picked up in Allardt, TN on the 15th.
On 21 September, I filed a claim with eBay.
Kings True Value sent me a message as follows: “Your order is currently in transit to its destination. A request has been submitted to the USPS for a status update on package.
According to the USPS, ORM-D packages must be segregated to ensure proper routing. Priority Mail standards do not apply to ORM-D pieces. Meaning they cannot fly and therefore they have to be routed via ground which will increase transit time ” blah, blah, blah… well guess what? I live just 47 miles away by excellent roads. This all turned out to be bald faced lies.
Truth is, they went into Paypal that very same day and THEY cancelled this order, but did not issue a refund. KING IS TOTALLY RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and UNREPENTANT. I just called King’s and asked to speak to the General Manager, and the woman who answered the phone, (who obviously had a guilty mind) started quizzing me about why I wanted to speak to the manager, who I was, who I represented. I told her it was none of her business. She covered the mouthpiece and spoke to a male, and then came back on and said the manager was out of the building.
