U-Save Parent FSNA Bankruptcy Filing – Franchise Services of North America

U-Save Auto Rental parent Franchise Services of North America (FSNA) has filed a petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  Here is the FSNA bankruptcy filing.

(UnhappyFranchisee.Com)  We’ve been writing about the financial instability and numerous legal battles of the U-Save Auto Rental franchise and its parent company Franchise Services of North America (FSNA).

June 26, 2017, Franchise Services of North America Inc., parent of U-Save auto rental franchise chain, filed for Chapter 11 Voluntary bankruptcy protection.

The company that once touted its Christian values, its bowls of scriptural “Testa-mints” in the home office and its workplace bible study seems to be more devoted to its nasty legal battles with investors, former partners and employees, and U-Save franchise owners in recent years.

Just last week, it was reported that U-Save attorney John Gillis was threatening a former franchisee with future pain.  Attorney John B. Gillis, of Water Valley, MS, may be feeling pain of his own this week, as he’s listed as on of FSNA’s creditors.

The creditor list also includes:

  • Macquarie Capital, New York, NY
  • Mississippi Mediation & Associates
  • Sanford Miller, Ormond Beach, FL
  • Trustpilot, Inc.
  • TSX Venture Exchange, Calgary, Alberta, CA
