June 26, 2017, Franchise Services of North America Inc., parent of U-Save auto rental franchise chain, filed for Chapter 11 Voluntary bankruptcy protection.
Just last week, it was reported that U-Save attorney John Gillis was threatening a former franchisee with future pain. Attorney John B. Gillis, of Water Valley, MS, may be feeling pain of his own this week, as he’s listed as on of FSNA’s creditors.
