McDonald's is definitely a world-class Franchise. McDonald's truly partners with thier franchisees, and realizes that it is the success of the Franchisees that will lead to its success. Its heavy emphasis on world-class training, day-to-day consistency, a strong operational system, and its commitment to its partners is what makes this a great Brand and a great Franchise. McDonald's listens to the feedback given by it franchisees and will act upon it, for the good of the system. Yes, there are many, many happy franchisees...because McDonald's has values that it lives by, partnering well with its vendors, and its franchisees, creating long-term relationships that are nothing short of being a McFamily.
