Probst is no longer involved in c & o. The new company is being run by a group
of three. One is Rayner, one is the former cpa from the hedgefund. I don,t know who the other one is.
But employees, vendors, franchisee s are better off than they were before.
Why ? Because now there is a bankruptcy judge overseeing everything.
No gurantee,but better.
All I am saying is, rehashing all of the old crap doesn,t help anyone.

Michael passed away last year . When he passed he had been penniless since Cork and Olive closed . Everything he had was invested in the company. He lived off the German government , living in government housing . Hope this makes all of you happy. He tried to make a go of it for all of us .
