• It looks like more Fake cleaning franchisors keep ripping of people.

  They don’t just do it here in the United States they also rip-off people in Canada.

  I have also received calls from people in Canada that were ripped-off by jan-pro.

  Don’t be surprised if you start to see class actions in Canada.

  You are trully one sick person

  You look at people and if you don't like the way they look you call them illegal aliens. The ladies who came out on those video are not illegal aliens they are American citizens and some of them have kids in the Millitary. For you to call people illegal aliens just because they look diferent than you is wrong.

• Lol. I'm in the Jan Pro Rip Off camp but that's hilarious. I literally laughed out loud as I read that.

• What jerry said isn’t funny. Things like what he said are only hurtful. Is jerry and his company so desperate that they now have to resort to using derogatory and racist remarks.

  I don’t think it’s funny to label people a certain way because of the way they look or the color of there skin. Is jan-pro and jerry so mad that they were exposed on Television by these ladies and so mad that he had to resort to attacking these single Moms by using derogatory and racist remarks. These are hard working American ladies of latin decent and not only do they get ripped-off by jan-pro but they also have to endure these harmful and derogatory remarks. Some of these ladies have kids in the military. How do you think that these young soldiers and marines will feel when jan-pro rips-off there Moms and then a jan-pro representative uses derogatory and racist remarks towards them.

• 1st amendment: REALLY? I mean come on, everyone but you understood that it was a PARODY!!! I know, you're still trying to figure out why you need a "brokers license" but even you should be able to understand what a PARODY is/means. If not, take the time to look it up in the dictionary.

  You don't know those ladies personally do you? If you did you would know that not ALL of them are U.S. Citizens. You act like that Jan-Pro "master" for that area had a "shot gun" and was personally threatening them if they went on TV. That's too much drama even for "guest" to believe. Come on, you and I both know that the primary reason that they "hid" their faces was directly due to their legal status here in this country.

  I know, all of them, every illigal alien in this country has sons and daughters in the military according to 1st amendment the man who see's all, knows all, knows everyone he's ever talk too personally because he gets a copy of their Social Security, Drivers License, ITIN numbers etc....

  I mean really, do you think EVERYONE on this site is as nieve about the illegal alien situation in this country as "guest" and "you" are? No, I know plenty of people that don't have the same skin color as me, I know that there are many people from Latin decent are here legally, remember, I used to do business in Miami and Orlando on a regular basis.

  1st amendment, would it surprise you if I told you I was BLACK!!!!!!!! So let's drop the race thing once and for all.

  I've told you in the past, tired of telling you, obviosly you are thick headed vs. thin skinned (though I think you're that too) I haven't worked with Jan-Pro for over one year now.

• Joe A: Yes in some cases. But in many cases and it's becoming more popular is the fact that they have these "nurses at will". My Aunt is actually one, she is paid "x" amount of money whether she works or not. But if she does work, she may work in Hospital A today, B next day etc.. When her Hospital Group bought into another Hospital in Arizona, she was there for nearly 6 month's, they even had an apartment/condo there for her to stay in.

  She has no taxes taken out, she must file quarterly, had to go get a "license" and she took my advice and formed an LLC.

  In regards to trucking, they do usually get paid by the mile, but they actually get paid by the "load", depending on what they are "hauling" determines what the "load" price is. They have penalties and rewards for delivery of that "load". Taxes are not taken out except for the "transportation taxes". Contracts are written between the "customer" and the "trucking company", then those "loads" are "called and offered" to the owner/operators on the directory.

  Just thought it would be a different topic to discuss other than the "blasting' of things back and forth between me, 1st amendment and "guest"

• Hey Vazquez, I'm black. I decided if you spent less time being 'victimized' and more time trying to get your 'dream' that you were denied you'd get farther. I'm sure you were ripped off by Jan-Pro, I was..however, rather then let someone victimize me I went out and made stuff happend. I can careless if Jeryy makes all theblack jokes he wants. Guess what? At the end of the day I still have what I have! The stuff he says is comical. You are just a whiny, 'victimized', little baby. Man up and go get your own dream, don't rely on some attorneys to do it for you. Remember settlement money only comes once. I know Jan-Pro rips people off so please spare me the 'I get calls from all over..even Canada!' Outcry.

• ...Oh yea..and I was in the National Guard and served a year in Iraq. Sorry I wasn't a 'bad ass' Marine. What did you do for your country 'I Love America' besides play paralegal and be a broker for Scott? How many people did you refer to him,? How much money in referal fees did you get? None I bet because you are gtting used. You do know when attorneys, drs, etc refer people for lawsuits they make money right? The only one who is goimg to get anyrthing substantial if this lawsuit is successful is the lawyers. Its won't be though, flat out we are unhappy, but many more are happy. You think a judge is going to say you 20 are mad, you 80 are happy but screw you 80... The 20 win? On a case by case merit there is a chance. Not as a class action representing all franchises when most are happy (ignorance is bliss for these people). So do yourself a favor and start collecting referal fees. And do me a favor and show me how much you love America and go to your local recruiting office and enlist. I assure you people like myself and other veterans don't need someone like you fighting for our rights. Most of us are real warriors...not cry babies. So I'm waiting for you to prove your 'love' and enlist.

  As stated before Reasonable Men/People can disagree and still be respectful and have dignity about it. You are a reasonable man and "honest broker" in my book.
