Now Jerry's gonna be bragging to his Kiwanis Club buddies that he has a "black friend" (After assuring them that you're one of the "good ones" not a product of that socialiss affirmative action, that you're neither blood nor crip, nor an illegal alien without a valid birth certificate like that Barack HUSSEIN Obama!)

  I agree with your advice to 1st Amendment that he shouldn't let this consume him and take him down further. Look, 1st (may I call you 1st?) there are evil a-holes in this world who will lie, rob & steal and not not lose a wink of sleep over it. And there are clueless braindead teaparty moronic lemmings who will defend and cover for them. You know the kind... the ones who think their flag pins make them patriots.

  But I think that 1st Amendment IS doing mankind a service. Most people who get screwed in franchising just slink off like the sheep Jerry is so fond of. They never take the time to stop and warn the next poor b*stards who are gonna lose their savings or their kids' college funds.

  Of course 1st Amendment will be lucky to even get part of his costs covered even if he wins, but you know what? He looked evil in the face and he didn't back down. He took a stand. He said enough's enough. You're a crimefighter, 1st Amendment. Just keep it light, brother, so you don't burn out or make your family miserable.

  That, dear Jerry, is what a real American Patriot does.

• To joe and your second post

  It’s great that you served your country. I have allot of family who are active and continue to serve there country in the Army and the Marines. I just hope that people don’t label them illegal aliens just because of the way they look.

  No I don’t play any kind of paralegal. I just don’t like the way jan-pro has ripped-off so many people. All I have done is supplied information to people who wanted to know what they could do after jan-pro had ripped-them off and there life savings. Remember after all it’s still a free country and people are allowed to meet and talk.

  My number one priority is to stop jan-pro from ripping off anymore people. Would you rather let jan-pro continue ripping off more people. After all you said that they ripped-you off. Would you rather let jan-pro continue to rip-off more veterans like yourself?

  Infact in our lawsuit we want jan-pro to stop there BAD business practices. It’s on page 14 number 5.

  Then you say that I’m getting used? You have got to be kidding me. I’m trying to stop this bad fake franchisor from ripping off anymore people. At this moment as we speak there is another veteran, another family getting ripped-off. Don’t you think that something has to be done before they keep doing the same thing to more people? Jan-pro wanted you to walk away and for you to just take it. Now you say that you started your own company and that is great but still would you let a thief break into your house and rob you and get away with it?

  Like I said before our number one priority is to stop hurting anymore veterans and families and single Moms. Also you try and say that only a few people are mad at jan-pro. You are very wrong. Every time someone calls me they always tell me that they know allot of people who are getting ripped-off and very mad. Most people only last 2 years with jan-pro and then they are gone and that is a FACT! I still haven’t met one single person that was happy with jan-pro. You have seen all the blogs and post on the internet. You have seen all the people complaining from all around the country and Canada and England. There is people out there that have only one account and they make less than $40.00 dollars a month. Joe you know very well that your numbers are very wrong. Besides people who are ripped-off no mater if its one person or 10,000 Thousand they all have a right to take legal action if they are ripped-off.

  Again most are UNHAPPY. Most are getting ripped-off. People call me all the time and they tell me that they know 20 to 30 people that are getting ripped-off. I have received calls from people in 25 different states and Canada. Many other people are also starting there own class actions. Infact there is a new one getting started against coverall in California. We are doing this as a class action because Thousands of people have been ripped-off all across the country. Jan-pro Corporate sets the rules they are the ones who started jan-pro that is why we are going after them. They are the ones who started all of this. Would you mind me asking you what happened to you? Is it ok if I ask you how jan-pro riped-you off and how come you were not happy?

  Hey joe you said that you don’t need me fitting for your rights. I’m good with that but common how could you let jan-pro rip-you off and you let them get away with it. I’m sure that you can still go to your local court house and take legal action. Why do you get mad when I state Facts. Jan-pro has ripped-off veterans and I’m just stating a true fact and even you stated that you were ripped-off and you are a veteran and you know that ripping-off anybody whether you are a veteran or not is simply just wrong and it needs to stop.

• To Joe and your third post,

  It’s great that you went out and started your own company. However once again when you said that you don’t like to see people whining when they get robbed that is also like admitting that you got robbed and it’s ok. Jan-pro wants you to buy a fake franchise from them and once they rip-you-off they want you to just walk away like nothing. They want you to walk away so that you loose your investment. Should the people that got ripped-off by Bernie Madoff just walked away after they were ripped-off Billions of Dollars? Of course not. Will jan-pro continue to be Deceitful and continue to commit Fraud, yes they will and if what you call whining will save someone from getting ripped-off and save someone from all of these headaches then I will continue to post.

  You also said that people should take the inside knowledge that they learned on how to do cold calls, appointments, etc. joe you know that jan-pro doesn’t teach you anything at all. Basically all they do is call you and say go clean just like an employee and that’s all. Jan-pro never ever teaches you anything and they don’t want you to learn anything. They just want to take your money and make you clean and that’s all.

  Again I’m glad that you started your own company and that you are doing good but Ponzi Schemes, Fraud, and scams like jan-pros need to be stopped.

• Guest: You almost had me feeling sorry for you for a brief moment, then I started to "fill in the blanks" . I find it extremely funny how both you and 1st amendment coordinate your responses and your statements. Obviously, the two of you know one another.   Did someone call TELEMUNDO and have them report that Jan-Pro is worst for the world than the Haitian Earthquake, BP Oil Spill, getting in front of me an a plate of country fried steak, Ted Bundy, Exxon Valdez, Katrina, Rita combined!!!!

  I'm surprised that Obama hasn't called out the National Guard sent them to Alpharetta, GA and sent Eric Holder and Hillary Clinton in. (He knows he can't send Bill Clinton there, some of the most beautiful women in the world call GEORGIA home!!!)

  Interesting, so let's go back to the stock market again, you would purchase stock, that stock price goes down because of Obama, Congress, Bad Business Practices, Republicans, Bad Management, Bad Product, Unions, "guest", Progressives in General, Hillary Clinton, George Bush, BP, Hugo Chavez, Bad Kharma. So who are you going to blame? Yourself for not doing research on the stock, the company, politics of the day, what product they sold, Union walked out, "guest" because everything is his fault in my book, everything is their fault, she scares me, he scares me too, popular to blame them right now, he's just weird and that's undefinable.

  I mean, what Joe is simply trying to say, you can always look to blame someone, something, some policy, some word, some environmental convergence or you can do something about it, pull up your suspenders, keep your chin high and make a positive out of a negative.

  However, you've chosen another path and you say bitter things, make outrageous statements, sound stupid, sound bitter, you are mean spirited, make slanderous remarks, make "charges" that you know are false, endanger lives (possibly) and you think it's all ok in the name of I GOT SCREWED!!! (in your opinion)

  Do you really realize what's going on here, you've got SEIU, Attorneys (who really don't want to associate with you, wouldn't associate with you if it weren't for this "issue", would be the first one's to look down on you and ask you to either park their BMW, Mercedes or "fetch" them a drink or Wipe their ass for them because they can't get there hands dirty) and Progressives like "guest" wanting you to help them take down someone, in this case Jan-Pro.

  Now I don't know about you, I think I would want to be in a "fight" with someone who actually new what it was I had gone through, cared enough to get into the "fight" with me, wouldn't charge me a penny and would have "settled" this mess long before now so I could get on with my life.

• Commercial cleaning franchises like Jan-Pro spend millions of dollars advertising with Entrepreneur magazine. In exchange (IMHO), Entrepreneur gives them these meaningless rankings that they can use to peddle their bogus opportunities on the unsuspecting. More than half of their "top 10 low cost franchises" are commercial cleaning franchises. Every one of these franchisors tout their rankings like they are an indication that they are endorsed as a good investment.

  Here's the truth: the rankings have little-to-nothing to do with the viability of the franchise investment. According to Entrepreneur "We do not measure subjective elements such as franchisee satisfaction or management style"

  How can they evaluate a franchise opportunity without considering whether franchisees are screaming bloody murder or not?
  Or the profitability of franchisees?
  Or if the management is unethical or dishonest?
  Or if the FTC has singled out this segment for scam warnings?
  Or that there are widespread lawsuits and allegations of deception?

  They claim they consider litigation and terminations in their "super secret ranking formula" but if those factors were given any weight janitorial franchises certainly would not top the list.

  According to Entrepreneur, "The most important factors include financial strength and stability, growth rate and size of the system."

  So in essence there's a multimillion dollar disinformation campaign wherein business publications pretend that the fact that the franchisors making money is the same as the franchisees making money. Only the lawsuits and sites like this one provide an opportunity to expose this blatant scam on the American working men and women in pursuit of their American dreams.

  Of course they need to be able to make their own informed decisions, but to do that they need to be provided with true information, not multimillion dollar campaigns designed to obscure the truth and hide reality.

• To all those worried by the fact that Jerry hasn't posted (at least on this thread) for the entire day:

  Don't be alarmed! CNN reports that BP has successfully plugged the gulf oil leak using, of all things, Jerry's voluminous, vapid and incoherent comments. It turns out that they are have the perfect spongelike texture of sucking up oil, tarballs as well as grey matter.

  It's reported that Jerry is sitting on the edge of a BP oil platform right now typing 100 wpm about the wisdom of the tea party, about his favorite sections of the Jan-Pro policies and procedures manuals, strange-but-true floor buffing tales and the liberal left's unfair discrimination against bigots.
