“DARYL PRITCHETT AND MIKE RAMEY WORK TOGETHER TO SIGN YOU UP AND THEN KICK YOU TO THE CURB. I AM WORKING ON A LAWSUIT AGAINST MATCO, HOPING TO TURN IT INTO A CLASS ACTION SUIT. YOU MAY CONTACT JERRY MARKS AT MARKS AND KLEIN LAW FIRM AT [redacted], IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

"i have just been recently terminated for not buying my 80%....i had 2 different routes in almost 4 years. my first route was so spread out. i drove 700 miles a week. ...after i left my first route they changed it drastically. i had a drastic change and lost 200 + customer count due to lay offs on a military base but i was told that it was my responsibility to fix it... i spoke with my regional manager, mike ramey, 3 weeks ago about numerous issues and was assured that he would get back with me in a week. i have not heard from him since.""

I think you meant $1000 reward if you can find ANYTHING on that truck that didn't carry in stock. LOL! Did you just come from the Dentist too?

Junior - Tommy, you bragged to the top 25 Matco Distributors that you had "Kicked your DM off your truck for good". Then you went and made the above statement.
Not sure what to believe at this point. And why hasn't your lawyer advised you to pipe down? You can't possibly be helping his case. Unless he is unaware of your activities. Maybe we can help him by emailing what you post.

Today is Monday it is a work day ( or a good day to sell tools and collect money ), but not for these people they have time to sit on the internet and complain. Why did they fail if this doesn't say it all I don't know what does. Full days work for a full days pay ever heard of that one ??? Most of these people are stuck on the escalator of life. Look up " the world is stuck what are you waiting for" on youtube and you will see what the problem is with this bunch.
Tlman, I think that video was exactly these people! Escalators dont break... they just turn into stairs.. But not in Tommys world!!

Debbie- do you ever wonder why your fellow WMD members rarely reply to your posts? It's because they're trying to be nice to you since you're all WMD. They know you're way off base, but don't want to tell you.
Short lesson: Matco does not carry workman's comp insurance on distributors, since we do not work for them. You buy it yourself, even though you would rather have them do everything for you. Your unemployment taxes are paid by you, along with your federal income taxes, not by Matco. You CANNOT file for unemployment or for workman's comp against Matco. PLEASE stop embarrasing yourself.
