“DARYL PRITCHETT AND MIKE RAMEY WORK TOGETHER TO SIGN YOU UP AND THEN KICK YOU TO THE CURB. I AM WORKING ON A LAWSUIT AGAINST MATCO, HOPING TO TURN IT INTO A CLASS ACTION SUIT. YOU MAY CONTACT JERRY MARKS AT MARKS AND KLEIN LAW FIRM AT [redacted], IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
“I INVESTED ALOT OF MONEY IN MATCO AND AFTER 3.5 YEARS THEY SHUT ME DOWN. WHEN THE ECONOMY SLOWED IN 2008,THEY PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS.

What in the hell is WMD " Worst Motivated Distributor " ?????
I'M sure debbie is trying to understand what a business plan is after she's done watching who is smarter than a fifth grader.
Debbie, than why is it your list of calls??? Self employed people cannot file for unemployment. Unless you are a employee of your own corporation and pay unemployment insurance and L&I on yourself?
Really just sad, the behavior of current DBR's. They just bully and call names. I understand wanting to defend their "company", but is name calling all you got?
I've said before on here, why is it that "we" can accept the success of the select few AND be happy for them, BUT "they" can't seem to even begin to wrap their minds around the facft that there is a chance (even though we have facts) "we" really DID experience what we did?
It's as if when any of the "we" present a fact/proof, the "theys" respond with "oh yeah, well you smell". Like in grade school.
It seems the "we's" would welcome the "they's" to join us and help right wrongs and make Matco a better company. While "they" would rather use therory of "it didn't happen to me so therefore it has NEVER happened to anyone".
Here's one for the everyone owes me group. Stopped at a customer's shop to have a tire fixed. When they were working on it the tire was damaged. I will miss some stops Tuesday. Does Matco owe me the lost money? Deddi is this Matco's fault they set me up with Transleice and they got the truck from summit...... So Matco owes me correct? Oh by the way I just got home after taking care of this a running my full rout. But I am just a lucky.

i agree with you 100%. nobody believes what could possibly happen to others because they have never experienced it. thats why i never judge someone till i have walked a mile in their shoes. other people should think about that too.

Tom go get some tissue. Richard go back to start and get your business plan. Tom I have seen some of your numbers great job but you were chaseing awards and not building a business. I will say this again for the slow BUSINESS PLAN YOU NEED ONE AND IT DOES NOT STOP THE PLAN COUNTINUES AS YOU STAY IN BUSINESS. Tom how in the hell " I was # 41 now I lost it all " I have a bridge to sell you. Dude not every area is that great. Hint to the new TOMS steady eddie wins the race you need a plaque go buy one at the dollar store it will be cheaper.

If that were the intention of the WMD, I would be all for it. Tommy has made it clear that he is after money, and also to hurt Matco and all existing distributors as much as possible.
Matco2, I know how you feel almost lost my belt today due to a bad tensioner. After I finally got the parts to fix it ( had to drive 50 miles to get the parts) Then I had to get my hands dirty and change the tensioner & belt. After that I went back to work why because I am stupid I can't spell very well so I must make money to get by worked out ok had a great day. Best part GOD was nice gave me a clear sunny day to work on my truck. Yes this is a true story
"I was a distributor for 6.5 yrs. I was a top distributor 2004, 2005 and 2006. My highest sales were in 2005 when my District here in Arkansas was #1 and I was 41 out of over 1500 distributors....They took almost half of my established customers and gave them to a new distributor... But on Feb. 11, 2011 I received a phone call... that I was being terminated by Matco."

"I am out of a career, broke, bankrupt, swimming in debt. I took care of my customers, ran money jug & 50/50 contests, gave away plasma TV’s, Good As Gold jackets, T-shirts, hats, even a MSC4 a couple of times. The only thing I failed at was listening to a sales pitch full of deceit and lies."

"I was a DRB in Kevin’s district. I got railroaded by the DM’s song and dance. I was lied to from start to finish. Everything Tommy has said and claimed is true, so I won’t rehash that.
I last 6 months. EVERYTHING that has been said about “started inventories”, “inflated call list”, etc IS TRUE.
"The district typically has 20-25 DBR’s in it. Around 12-15, back in ’08 anyway, were “established” guys that had been doing it awhile and probably still are. They other 5-8 are a revolving door... To sum it up, Matco DOES suck and screw new guys."
