• i have seen through the years so many times how people try to make themselves look big by tring to make other people look small. it takes less effort that way but it doesnt make them any bigger except in their own little world with their own little friends.anyone can justify anything that they want in their own mind. reality is what it is and you cant change that.
  you can paint the leopard black and call it a panther but it is still a leopard.
  if 10 people tell you that something stinks and you dont smel it then maybe its time for you to pull your head out of your rectum so you can smell what everyone else smells. just saying.

  A dm is there for support, unfortunately some need daily support, If that is the case you need to work in an office not as your own boss.

  my dm has never helped me do a damn thing. thats what im saying . there is no team here. what part of that do you not understand.
  i have credits that were supposed to be given 10 months ago, never happened , him and rm, mike ramey want to claim stupid even when i forward emails of it to both. if you have never been there then dont call the ones that have a liar.

• Richard - If that's so I would be on phone to customer service for credit. They can issue you a credit. I hardly ever ask my dm for credit, I just call distributor service and they take care of it. And can we please keep the conversation professional without the name calling, grouping nicknames etc on this joyous holiday weekend. All people want to know are opinions with facts presented here to support them. Not opinions without facts.

• jay, you too are wrong. I also had a DM that was worthless. Yes, Customer service can and will help in 'most' cases, but NOT all cases. Who does tool box warranty? Customer service? yea, they'll send slides and casters but that is about it.

  I've lost more toolbox customers because of my DM than I care to mention. In fact after a few years with this DM, I didn't care to sell anymore toolboxes because of warranty issues, and the inability to make it right when needed.

  Your all correct, there are some good DM's I had one, but I also had a bad one. So I put it at 50% of ALL DM's suck.

  Junior - I did not at all tell you what you heard, read it again, I said I don't believe he said it. It's an opinion.

  Tom this is a tough world and it appears to me you are having trouble with adult talk. A little sensative when your ideas or claims are challenged. Get used to it, it's how the world works.

  Junior - Let me remind you of what you wrote. "To me that right there says INTEGRITY! Something DM’s lack!” This is what's called an arguement, a claim, a firm statement, an insult.

• Tom, if Bill is the RM you say spoke to you in that fashion I will call you an out right liar. If it wasn't Bill then I simply find it hard to believe.
