“RUMOR HAS IT ,MATCO MAKES MORE MONEY SIGNING NEW FRANCHISES THAN THEY DO TAKING CARE OF THEIR CURRENT ONES.
“DARYL PRITCHETT AND MIKE RAMEY WORK TOGETHER TO SIGN YOU UP AND THEN KICK YOU TO THE CURB. I AM WORKING ON A LAWSUIT AGAINST MATCO, HOPING TO TURN IT INTO A CLASS ACTION SUIT. YOU MAY CONTACT JERRY MARKS AT MARKS AND KLEIN LAW FIRM AT [redacted], IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
“I INVESTED ALOT OF MONEY IN MATCO AND AFTER 3.5 YEARS THEY SHUT ME DOWN. WHEN THE ECONOMY SLOWED IN 2008,THEY PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS.

Exactly matcoman! If I were running Matco Tools, First and foremost I want YOU to provide the best service in town. When I go out and visit your customers, I want to hear that they want you to service them.
But that is not what I'm seeing or experienced. Matco wants $$$$$, they don't care how you get it, just buy TOOLS!!!, thats how they make their money.
The problem is in the long run, they will alienate the end customer for the root of ALL EVIL!!! $$$$, and the next thing you know, they will be gone! Pufff!
The Franchisor does not care about the end user, that is YOUR problem, they care about you and YOUR MONEY! Just look at the facts, thats all you have to do... Look at the facts.

like said before i have talked to ex matco dbrs and not 1 blames matco not 1
The biggest fact here former is Tommy boy likes to call people names, I guess he feels powerful pushing the keys down hard calling people names. His wife must have went to bed, so he snuck out of the room to read the posts

i do believe you had a concern but it seems to me with dm/rm i worked dealers my whole life and it was not factory doing bad almost always was service manager,
