• Okay here goes.

  I will be first to admit that what I said I as told, by a third party, what Kevin said reagrding me probably got distorted by time it got to me. I should have confronted Kevin then. I was embarrased to face him. I truely believed I had failed him as much as myself. Kevin was a cheerleader for me and wanted me to succeed. Maybe I should not have posted that since he didn not tell me that directly? I can't undo that.

  Now regarding the list of IL DBR's that were terminated. A few were after me, and honestky I've surprised at a couple of the names. Many were before me or at same time. I BEGGED to speak to "those who had gone before me"! EAch time I was derailed. Yes I tried to call directly. A couple of the guys seemed to have dropped of the face of the earth. They, like me, went into such a depression that they didn't answer or return calls.

  Nearly 4 years later, my life destroyed, I'm still trying to put my life back together. I have the highest respect for Kevin and a few others in that district. But Glenn REALLY had/has you guys fooled!

  You should know me good enough Kevin that I don't sugar coat or bullshit anything! Thats part of why Glenn and I bashed heads from the get go. I call a spade a spade, even if it nails my own coffin shut.

  Man I wish I still had Glenns emails!!!! Many the time is we talked and I borught up you, Doug or Mahon, You were the 3 I've known for years. Glenn had NO ISSUE tossing ALL THREE of you under the bus if it suited his needs while talking to me. I even asked DB why Glenn hated him so much. DB seems surprised. I really thought they didnt get along, based on what Glenn had told me.

  Everytime I needed Glenns help/advice, which is what he tols me as part of his sales pitch he would be there, he was gone! Vacations, meetings, other DBR's, etc. Hell even when he was in the truck with me he wasn't! He was too busy helping other new guys or stroking the million dollar boys egos up north!

  Glenn sent us to Stow WITHOUT our budget worksheet done! He told us "Matt will help you with that in class". Angie and I sat quietly for several days hoping that would be the next days training. ANGIE finally cornerd Matt and ask when we would be doing it! Matt jaw hit the ground! He told us that should have been handled by Glenn LONG BEFORE we signed papers, let alone made it to Stow! Matt was FURIOUS and took off to either Tom or Tim's office. Matt didn't have much to say when he got back. Others in my class were told samething by their DM's! Matt could NOT believe it. Matt actually gave a shit about us new DBR's!

  Part of me wished you would have walked over PSA issues. Not that I want you out, but ONLY to see IF GLenn would have followed. My bet is he would NOT have! AND he WOULD have trashed you as soon as you were out of ear shot!

  If I stiil had emails and text you would see. I'm sure you would still be passionate about Matco, and you should be. But I'd bet money you view of Glenn would change!

  And thats what I don't understand? I finally got to talk to a few of Glenns other "wash outs". When I did, I just "let them talk". ALL of the things I experienced AND complained about are EXACTLY what they had experienced and complained about TOO!! How can all of us, many who hadn't even met, have EXACTLY the same thing to say?

  When I seperated, and Glenn would not help me with return, I received 2 phone calls from Glenns boss, the RM. Not to ask if he could help, I had called and emailed Stow MANY times to ask for help and was told GLENN "should" be helping. But rather to RIP MY ASS for the way I treated GLENN!!! What the fuck?!

  Seems I had "stirred shit" over Glenn and Glenn was in some hot water! I was told I "should have left Glenn out of this" and "that what Glenn did was NONE of Stows buisness"! That I "should have handled Glenn yourself". That me "telling on Glenn showed waht kind of loser you are"!

  CLASSY!!!! I had just lost my life savings and I was getting my ass ripped for "hurting Glenn"! WTF! I didn't want sympathy from Matco! I just wanted the help I PAID FOR!

  I've said enough.

  Not hardly, Gary- Guest has never been a Matco distributor, and therefor knows nothing about your problems or mine. Soo much for your theory.

  Guest- I know four of the distributors you claim were "terminated". You are a liar. Cornwell is a friend of mine- got a divorce and had to settle with the ex. The loan was signed by both. Coates left on his own. His route bordered mine. Gibbons was a long time distributor who chose to go back to school to complete a degree. We were sad to see him go- he was a successful distributor. Engelmann had an extremely successful route, top performer every year, and the best TP collecter our district has ever seen. He opened a brick-and-morter business that makes him happy, after many excellent years with Matco. That's just the four I know from your list. How many more are you lieing about? None of the four I know were "terminated". You simply cannot make a post honestly.

  I've answered your questions again, without you answering anything. Prove your lies, or STFU. (ever figure out what that means?)

• Why are their so many disgruntled former Matco distributors? Well, Matco strikes again, kicking another hardworking person to the curb, like they have soo many times before. Guys and Gals alike, we are shedding light on Matco and the way they treat franchisees. Keep up the good work and keep posting, we will get to them eventually somehow. Stay strong and take a stand for what is right. We invested alot of time and money to try and have a more easy lifestyle and leave it to them to ruin it for us.

  I counted ABOUT (yeah yeah, if you count different - OK whateve)
  ABOUT 16 different people posting with opinions in FAVOR
  I count ABOUT 4 arguing each and every point, every keystroke, every everything

  SO,by that math - 75% are posting PROBLEMS
  and 25% are posting the 75% have erroneous facts

  Is it really SO inconceivable for me to dare to think - there just MIGHT be a vendor that offers Matco trucks discounted service on Windshield repair?
  Is it really SO inconceivable for me to dare to think - I might possibly be able to have "mobile" repair - which would come in quite handy during my 700 mile week

  Silly me, I guess my problem started when "I dared to THINK"

  Here's exactly what I wrote: "In the Matco FDDs posted here (https://unhappyfranchisee.mystagingwebsite.com/matco-tools-2011-franchise-disclosure-document-fdd/), there are 21 distributors listed as terminated in 2009-2010 in Kevin’s home state of Illinois."

  Feel free to read "Appendix C: TERMINATED DISTRIBUTORS" in each Matco FDD document.

  I never said they were terminated, Matco did. Are you saying Matco is lying? I just offered you a chance to share what you know about these individuals as we try to unravel the Mystery of the Disappearing Distributors..

  Even Tyrone can see that you owe me an apology for calling me a liar when it clearly was not a lie. Hmmm... is he man enough to admit it?

• If we can stop anymore potential distributors from signing and screwing up their life, then we have done our job. We need to put a stop to any potential distributor
  from signing until Matco agrees they have a problem and fixes it.Keep posting.
