“STAY AWAY FROM MATCO TOOLS. THEY WILL SELL YOU A BILL OF GOODS,WHICH IS NO GOOD.
“RUMOR HAS IT ,MATCO MAKES MORE MONEY SIGNING NEW FRANCHISES THAN THEY DO TAKING CARE OF THEIR CURRENT ONES.
“DARYL PRITCHETT AND MIKE RAMEY WORK TOGETHER TO SIGN YOU UP AND THEN KICK YOU TO THE CURB. I AM WORKING ON A LAWSUIT AGAINST MATCO, HOPING TO TURN IT INTO A CLASS ACTION SUIT. YOU MAY CONTACT JERRY MARKS AT MARKS AND KLEIN LAW FIRM AT [redacted], IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
“I INVESTED ALOT OF MONEY IN MATCO AND AFTER 3.5 YEARS THEY SHUT ME DOWN. WHEN THE ECONOMY SLOWED IN 2008,THEY PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS.
“I ALSO SPOKE TO A PREVIOUS EXECUTIVE, WHO CALLED ME, AND STATED THATS THE WAY MATCO DOES BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM MATCO TOOLS AND RUN LIKE HELL WHEN YOU SEE THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR INVEST IN MATCO TOOLS…”
Marks & Klein is a legitimate franchise law firm that often represents franchisees in lawsuits against their franchisors, but we haven’t verified with them whether a lawsuit against Matco Tools is in the works or not.

What is the number one quality that can help a service professional succeed? Is it friendliness? How about the ability to work effectively with others? What about being a team player? Then there is always having good communication skills. The most important quality an individual must have to succeed in business or in life, by far, is a positive attitude.
How and why does one person quickly bounce back after a risk has failed while another spends years regretting their decision and repeatedly verbalizing "if only I had..."? What element always seems to help one person achieve their goals, while another individual cannot get past their last attempt ten years ago to create a dream? Why does one sales clerk willingly help an irate customer while another takes the verbal accusations personally?
Set an example and walk your talk. When we focus on being a positive provider of service, responsive to the customer regardless of their attitude, we present a positive image for others to see and emulate. The impression we present of our business is favorable and memorable. People want to be around positive individuals and are more willing to follow the example you will set.
Avoid negativity. Avoid people who are negative in thought and action. Surround yourself with positive people. Negativity breeds more negativity. When you are around others who have a positive attitude it will be easier for you to remain upbeat and focused.

hey debbie answer any questions? what does your mdac dbr say, how about your dbrs in your district? how are the other dbrs in your district doing, are they having concerns with yor dm,did you pick your route?
Hold on matco man. Do you really think it is your own business? My definition of being your own boss is doing what you want how you want when you want. What happens if you stop going to one of your list of calls because they don't buy anything or just use you for warranty? Or even better when they do buy they pay when they feel like it? When the shop calls matco looking for service it gets sent to your district manager. Then your phone rings and your manager tells you to go see the shop. They are calling for service. I will give you a better scenario. You wanna take it easy and buy less tools because either you are think the inventory in the truck is out of control or you wanna just take it easy. Well expect your phone to ring from your manager again asking why your purchases are low. I think another fellow on here went through that. My point is if it's your own buisiness and you are your own boss then why is someone calling me and telling me what to do? I think these tool truck franchises are really just you being forced into an undisclosed employee of the company with no pay check. Even the ratchets we fix. All that time spent and we get zero dollars. You bring your car to a dealership for warranty work the tech working on your car gets paid for his time.
I wonder if when someone gets kicked to the curb if they could file assault charges?
still no answer from debbie. but alot of negative talk.
