“RUMOR HAS IT ,MATCO MAKES MORE MONEY SIGNING NEW FRANCHISES THAN THEY DO TAKING CARE OF THEIR CURRENT ONES.
“DARYL PRITCHETT AND MIKE RAMEY WORK TOGETHER TO SIGN YOU UP AND THEN KICK YOU TO THE CURB. I AM WORKING ON A LAWSUIT AGAINST MATCO, HOPING TO TURN IT INTO A CLASS ACTION SUIT. YOU MAY CONTACT JERRY MARKS AT MARKS AND KLEIN LAW FIRM AT [redacted], IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
“I INVESTED ALOT OF MONEY IN MATCO AND AFTER 3.5 YEARS THEY SHUT ME DOWN. WHEN THE ECONOMY SLOWED IN 2008,THEY PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS.
“I ALSO SPOKE TO A PREVIOUS EXECUTIVE, WHO CALLED ME, AND STATED THATS THE WAY MATCO DOES BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM MATCO TOOLS AND RUN LIKE HELL WHEN YOU SEE THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR INVEST IN MATCO TOOLS…”

Why don't you post my truths, I didn't post anything unfactual this morning?
[Guest3: Because you tried to disrupt the conversation by pasting the same phrase 500+ times, your comments now must be reviewed and approved manually. That can take a few minutes or a few hours, depending on when someone's online to do it. The easier option would have been to ban you. Be a constructive contributor to the debate and we'll eventually lift the restriction, as it's a pain in the neck for us too.
To all: the goal of this site is to give both sides of every debate an opportunity to present their viewpoints and arguments so prospective franchisees / distributors can make their own, informed decisions. Besides the commenters, there are many thousands of individuals reading this discussion who are eager for real info and mature viewpoints. Personal attacks & bickering are not only tedious, but are self-defeating and ultimately weaken your viewpoint. As much as possible, please attack the argument, not the arguer.

Guest3, you recommendations to Debbie are misleading. Your suggesting that Matco bend the rules for her, but not for me. Why? that's not fair.
You wouldn't give me recommendations on my situation. I don't understand why you won't recommend solutions to allow these good people to stay with a #1 Tool Company like Matco.
Should Matco attempt to impose rules on me that I did not see or agree to? Should Matco only enforce the rules on a select few people?
