  • i understand what your going through it took me 3 year to get a location and i had to find it myself, once in quiznos kept boxed in so i could only move foward to keep from losing the invested money i had already put in corporate did absolutely nothing to see my success after only 8 months i had to close the doors we did everything to the letter.i e-mailed my notice of closure and i left 3 messeges to my rom whom i never met or even heard from from the day she took the position, and still to the day i have'nt heard from quiznos. my total investment was over 300,000 total rip off.

  • To whom this may concern, my name is Michell and I visited the Quiznos located on Airport and Stought. On my visit the service was so slow and I was late for work because there was a bunch of customers in the store and only one
employee working. Then on my next visit in the morning their was only two employees working and a load of customers and the service was even slower. On a next day i went there in the morning the employees were wearing no hair nets and there was one guy there who wraped my sandwich without any gloves and i found a hair in my sandwich after i had left and went to work with my sandwich to go. I and totally and completly unhappy with the service that i have recieved at this quiznos and because of this i will never eat quiznos ever again.

For the safety and reputation of your business please have someone investigate that store,am a regular at that store when the guy romio own it andthe store was very clean the service was wonderful and the employees were happy and friendly now only one girl is there and i can tell the employees are not happy ,i was told the staff was cut and no longer work there because the owner doesnt want to pay the staff and the one girl that is there told me she has to wait a month to get pay .....please save your store before they ruin the reputation of quiznos for all of us

  • Many of these stores where simply over leveraged. Financing was easy to get and large loans along with a boom in real estate creating higher monthly loan and lease payments. When the bottom fell out of the economy and everyone had to scale back, those with high loan payments and high monthly lease payments lost. Many franchises grumble and complain and try to pass blame to the franchisor for their loss or lack of forecasting their own business.

  • William, you are kidding right? You must be if you think this is the only reason that Quiznos stores struggle or are failing. I was not over leveraged when I started and took great pain not to over leverage. My career has been in banking and finance and I know the paid that comes from it. The main issue has always been the over priced products and services Quiznos mandates that a franchisee use. The main cause of this is the food cost which can NEVER come close to what you are told you must achieve. When you add in the horrific marketing programs they have you can't succeed. You can always find equal quality and less expensive products and services from the mandated items.

  • Also had a Quiznos, no loan at all, great location, still closed because we were losing too much money. The problem is not enough sales. People no longer want to pay that much for a sub.

  • Hello all I have a quiznos and I cant do it anymore. I have done everything right the food cost, royaltie fees, rent etc. are killing me. I would like to know what will happen if I just close my door??
    Thank you

  • Why do they have those weird commercials? They are using cats now. I don't see any marketing advantage to doing this. Are they targeting a younger people? I don't get it. Its almost like they did acid before they made the commercials. WEIRD STUFF!

  • They have always done this weird, gross commercials. I think the first one they did had some guy eating out of a garbage can. Then there were those disgusting, stupid Spongmonkeys.

    Seriously, what's wrong with them?
