Gross Law Group Sues Air Force Veterans for Donut Client
Upfront Clarification: Congressional candidate Keith Gross, who founded and heads Gross Law Group P.A., has stated that he does not personally represent controversial and embattled franchise seller DonutNV Franchising Inc., nor is he involved with DonutNV’s alleged silencing of military Veteran franchisees. He states that “other attorneys” at his 3-attorney law firm represent DonutNV Franchising Inc.
I assume Keith Gross will similarly disclaim involvement with his firm’s suing military Veterans on behalf of client DonutNV Franchising Inc. I have no reason to doubt his claim. by Sean Kelly, Founder, Truth for Veterans, Truth for All
(UnhappyFranchisee.com) DonutNV Franchising Inc. specifically targets Veterans for its mobile mini-donut franchise investment.

When their DonutNV franchises fail – as many have – and their investments are lost, Veterans and non-Veterans are forbidden from sharing their experiences, opinions or from warning others.

If, after having already lost their initial investments, they refuse to go away quietly, DonutNV Franchising Inc. will deploy the enforcers at Gross Law Group, PLC, one of the small franchisors’ three law firms.
In the case of a married couple with nearly four decades of distinguished military service, that means termination, litigation and demands for tens of thousands of dollars in addition to all they’ve lost already.
One such franchisee, USAF Captain (Ret.) Matthew Furman, had managed to survive the deadly 1996 bombing of the Khobur Towers barracks that claimed the lives of 19 of his fellow service members.
