Keith Gross: 2026 Congressional Candidate Financial Disclosure Report
Congressional Candidate Keith Gross recently added another $5M of personal funds into his campaign, bringing his self-funded war chest to more than $10 million. His Congressional Candidate Financial Disclosure Statement, filed 7/19/26 and included below, hints at a net worth well over $100M. Gross’s wealth is even more amazing considering that humble beginnings, raised in a trailer on a Florida dirt road by a single mother and grandparents while his father, a violent offender, served an extended prison sentence. by Sean Kelly, Franchise Truth for Veterans, Truth for All
According to Gross’ autobiographical “Dirt Roads to Runways,” he grew up in a trailer on a rural Florida dirt road. At or around 12 years old, Keith Gross and his mother had to move in with his grandparents after his father, a career criminal, went to prison after being convicted of multiple violent crimes.

Keith Gross not only had to overcome poverty, he had to overcome the stigma of his father’s continued arrests and convictions in Bay, Washington and Jackson, Florida.
He also had to overcome the challenges of growing up gay in the conservative rural Florida area known as the “Panhandle Bible Belt.” But after forays in San Francisco, California, Gaithersburg, Maryland, Atlanta GA and Missoula, Montana, Keith Gross (formerly Keithly Gross) returned to his home state.
Yet despite – or perhaps because of – those humble beginnings, Keith Lamar Gross somehow amassed a fortune large enough to self-fund political campaigns in excess of ten million dollars to date.
During his earlier attempt to unseat Rick Scott, The Hill quoted Gross as saying his fortune was “north of $250 million” and he was willing to spend $20 million – $30 million if necessary to get elected.
Keith Gross’ Wealth Has its Roots in the Franchise Industry
Gross’s autobiography credits developing and selling franchisors, including Fleet Clean, Koala Insulation, and Wallaby Windows, as the early foundation for his wealth.
His financial disclosure report references a number of franchise-related holdings and investments, including:
- DonutNV (Keystone Mfg)
- Gross Law Group (DonutNV’s Law Firm)
- Cabinet IQ
- RealClean Aircraft Detailing
- SalonPlex
- Carbon Ceiling LLC (formerly associated with Koala Insulation, Wallaby Windows)
- Bobcat Holdings Growth (Franchise Platform)
